This involves taking a cash advance on a credit card on Saturday, June 17. I was charged $28 fee on a $400 cash advance which was a 7% fee on each $100. The woman at the cage did not explain to me what the fee structure was and when I asked her what my options were her English was very bad and so I did not know what my options were. If I wouldve known that there were other options I would not have paid the $28 fee which I did initial because I thought that was my only option. I contacted the casino, and they refused to refund or reduce the fee that was charged. I feel like this fee was not explained to me and was very high. I would like to have it reduced.
