Charged $420 after a preventative/screening colonoscopy because they coded the pathology lab which reviewed the polyps found, as a diagnostic test. Preventative exam means EVERYTHING found during the screening is PART OF THE SCREENING. By definition, screening means the patient has no symptoms before the exam is done. If a screening exam yields a finding, this is part of the screening (that's why the screening is done in the first place). By not including the primary diagnosis CODE Z12.11 in the pathology lab bill, they indicate to the insurance company that this test is part of COST SHARING and subject to the patient's deductible. This contradicts the spirit of the *************** Act, which indicates that all preventative services should be covered in full and not be subject to cost sharing. TVC can simply CODE CORRECTLY, and not subject patients to surprising costs. Not to mention that thep atients were never told ahead of time, or warned that there may be extra charges. If this happened in advance, most of us would think twice about doing the test in the first place. APALLING, dishonest and ethically questionable billing practices from this clinic, and many such complaints from patients. I would highly recommend avoiding this organization that does not have the patient's best in mind. I have tried to apppeal their decision and have gotten nowhere. ***************** especially in billing is terrible.

Dr. ****** ***** was absolutely horrible to my 64 year old mother. Literally laughed in her face as my mom was telling her about her symptoms, discrediting what she was experiencing then was mad at her for not wanting or feeling comfortable contuing the appt. Why tf would she when you are already making her feel like her symptoms were invalid. I will never recommend anyone to this clinic.

The worst experience ever. I took my ****** kiddo to school this morning and he was told to see a doctor because he was not feeling good. I walked in to **** center Vancouver Clinic urgent care. First I was told no walk inns but have to make appointments. Got an appointment at **** and I was there at 9am. Then I was told that they can not provide services unless I got a letter from the social worker. I called and got an email from the social worker and now at **** they are denying the services because we dont have hard copy but email. What a world we leave in that we need so much for little kids

I just spoke to ***** on phone help line. She went above and beyond! I'm a person that expects A++customer service. I only expect what I would give to another. ***** has made me feel like Vancouver Clinic cares about me. Like my phone call was the call of the day. She did exactly as what I would want without asking. Had it all set up and asked me to just call back today at 430. We've been with Vancouver Clinic for over 20years. Thank you Vancouver Clinic!Dr ************************* has been our families Dr.. he's an amazing man! He a great person in general. Has a bedside manor, always got a smile, and listens to all issues and works with you to resolve everything. We are going to miss you now that we are living at the beach. My life is for ever changed because of this clinics medical mishandling of my case 21 years ago. I recently found out about this after separating from my spouse in 2021. He has infected me with multiple STDs. I reviewed his medical information and discovered he has been testing for AIDS since ****. My doctor knew it because he was both of our doctors. Mine first. Treating my husband was a conflict of interest, if my doctor allowed my health to decline and he knew why and did nothing. My doctor AIDS tested my spouse in 2017, after he infected me with herpes. Never telling me. Subjecting me to his ongoing abuse. Because he was a man! My doctor knew he was my spouse and knew I was always sick. Why? I was diagnosed with Hep C reactive in 2007. No one said std. I had a cousin who.had died of it and I thought blood. By 2007 doctor had tested my spouse twice for AIDS and other hepatitis. 2013 it was HPV told to me as an abnormal pap. Never mentioned STD and I was not aware that it was. Then 2017 he gave me herpes. I knew that was an STD. The doctor asked him to come into the office. There were vaccines for HPV and some strains of hepatitis. Why not encourage my spouse and/or me to vaccinate. He knew he was engaging in risky ***. He knew he was sexually sick or should have known. In 2020 I was diagnosed with pre cancer cells from the **** Herpes aggravates the **** I can't find a lawyer. The two I spoke with had statue of limitation concerns. But I just discovered this a few months ago. I feel so betrayed. I have 19 medical issues including the 3 STDs, depression, anxiety, and recently diagnosed PTSD. How could this happen? Was he confused about patient confidential. What about me! He accepted my payments and I expected the best treatment for me based on what he knew. This is the most heinous thing that can happen to a persons life. Is that why I had all the medication allergies? I have grand kids that I can't enjoy. Policy!!
