The worst experience ever. I took my ****** kiddo to school this morning and he was told to see a doctor because he was not feeling good. I walked in to **** center Vancouver Clinic urgent care. First I was told no walk inns but have to make appointments. Got an appointment at **** and I was there at 9am. Then I was told that they can not provide services unless I got a letter from the social worker. I called and got an email from the social worker and now at **** they are denying the services because we dont have hard copy but email. What a world we leave in that we need so much for little kidsReview from Kelly S

I just spoke to ***** on phone help line. She went above and beyond! I'm a person that expects A++customer service. I only expect what I would give to another. ***** has made me feel like Vancouver Clinic cares about me. Like my phone call was the call of the day. She did exactly as what I would want without asking. Had it all set up and asked me to just call back today at 430. We've been with Vancouver Clinic for over 20years. Thank you Vancouver Clinic!Dr ************************* has been our families Dr.. he's an amazing man! He a great person in general. Has a bedside manor, always got a smile, and listens to all issues and works with you to resolve everything. We are going to miss you now that we are living at the beach. Sure is beautiful here to see the ocean and sand dunes each day!Review from Sherril A

My life is for ever changed because of this clinics medical mishandling of my case 21 years ago. I recently found out about this after separating from my spouse in 2021. He has infected me with multiple STDs. I reviewed his medical information and discovered he has been testing for AIDS since ****. My doctor knew it because he was both of our doctors. Mine first. Treating my husband was a conflict of interest, if my doctor allowed my health to decline and he knew why and did nothing. My doctor AIDS tested my spouse in 2017, after he infected me with herpes. Never telling me. Subjecting me to his ongoing abuse. Because he was a man! My doctor knew he was my spouse and knew I was always sick. Why? I was diagnosed with Hep C reactive in 2007. No one said std. I had a cousin who.had died of it and I thought blood. By 2007 doctor had tested my spouse twice for AIDS and other hepatitis. 2013 it was HPV told to me as an abnormal pap. Never mentioned STD and I was not aware that it was. Then 2017 he gave me herpes. I knew that was an STD. The doctor asked him to come into the office. There were vaccines for HPV and some strains of hepatitis. Why not encourage my spouse and/or me to vaccinate. He knew he was engaging in risky ***. He knew he was sexually sick or should have known. In 2020 I was diagnosed with pre cancer cells from the **** Herpes aggravates the **** I can't find a lawyer. The two I spoke with had statue of limitation concerns. But I just discovered this a few months ago. I feel so betrayed. I have 19 medical issues including the 3 STDs, depression, anxiety, and recently diagnosed PTSD. How could this happen? Was he confused about patient confidential. What about me! He accepted my payments and I expected the best treatment for me based on what he knew. This is the most heinous thing that can happen to a persons life. Is that why I had all the medication allergies? I have grand kids that I can't enjoy. Policy!!Review from Alayna P

This is only rating the Allergy-Asthma suite of the Vancouver Clinic - it is horrible! Do NOT go there if you value your health and professionalism. They will tell you they provide services they do not. They will tell you they accept transfer patients from out of state and can continue care, but they do not! They tell you this to get you in the door so they can **** you/insurance and then tell you, you will need to start 3 years worth of allergy treatments and needle pokes all over again AND they won't even be treating you for all allergens you are currently being treated for because they don't prefer to offer all the allergens patient is allergic to. They could - they "just don't prefer to". The doctor would not initially give me a straight answer that they would not continue her current treatments and when I finally asked for a yes or no answer and got it, I asked to end the appointment and as asked why I was told they would accept her. I did not want to be billed for this appointment as it would never had been made had I not been lied to both via phone and in person. I made this appointment months in advanced to make sure my daughter would not miss any allergy shots and would stay on schedule. I did everything in my power to make sure this was the right allergy clinic for us, but what can I do If they lie about what they offer. I tried to call patient relations and as others have said no one answers the phone or calls back, so I left a voicemail stating I was not happy with their service and would like a call back to discuss. 3 days later I received a letter in the mail saying my claim was denied as they "determined I did receive proper medical care and would be billed". I called back and left another message saying I don't know how they deny a complaint they never actually took down or heard and that I would like a call back to know what my complaint was that was denied, exactly why it was denied, and what I could've done differently to avoid this? No calls back
