  I should have known and curse myself for allowing a young woman in her twenties to convince me (an old man) to give her latitude on her invoices related to display advertising she placed in our healthcare publication. I bought her sob story hook, ************** only to be bashed and blamed by her after all the advertising had been published and her balance had grown to a substantial amount. Somehow, I became the bad guy AFTER her ad campaign had been completed. She had broken numerous promises to remit the outstanding balance. Upon recognizing I had been hoodwinked, I submitted the file to Richard ************************************************ This was my first experience with this collection agency. It was December 22 when *************************** initiated contact with this disingenuous, venomous debtor, setting in place the groundwork that would subsequently be picked up by collector ***************************. My company contact, ******************* maintained a constant stream of updates as the company successfully collected every cent during a six-month term. Richard ************************************************ arranged for this large debt to be paid incrementally. Given this debtors deceptive actions and low FICO score, I did not expect them to succeed. When I was notified of the debtors scheduled payment plan, I was certain she would not honor it. But I underestimated the staff at Richard ************************************************ Im still not sure how they accomplished thisit seemed an impossible task, an uncollectible account. If you have lying lowlifes attempting to defraud you money legally owed and face challenges that make collection seem unlikely (out of state debtor, hard to locate debtor, multiple personality debtor, etc.) then contact Richard ************************************************ They are amazing! They set the **************** bar so high, other collection agents need to charter a plane just to see it. I dont know how they do it but they do! Get paid! Get Richard ********************************************

  This collection agency which doesn't follow the **** and other guidelines is bad business for any sized business looking for a collection firm and/or one who will be selling their portfolio of underperforming lines of credit. I've been both the customer and on the receiving end, and I'm shocked - dismayed - at their sworn ability to not follow collections law. I'd recommend The ****** Group or Rocket Receivables or anyone else who actually knows what they are doing. This is a company being run by people who are ineffectual in their jobs and blindly resolved with their illegal business practices. They'll be shutdown in time.

  *****, First of all if you are going to refer to laws you might want to research what law you are referring to, The **** refers to consumers which doesn't apply to you due to my client paying for your company payroll in the amount of 25k. My collector tried to work with you and you bounced your payment and you didn't even have the courtesy to answer his many phone calls to take care of the *** check! It would be nice if you spent your time working on paying my client back the 25k you owe them and not making false statements about my company. We have one of the best reputations in the industry for 18 years and it's a shame debtors like you get to have a public forum to lie and try to give my company a bad review. Do the right thing and pay my client back the money you owe them! I will give you 1 week to remove this slanderous review.
