    This is in regards to an account for D-Boy PC Enterprises LLC. We signed up with Riverside Payments back in April 2021 and were totally satisfied with the merchant processing they provided. Just last month early July 2024, I called in asking to cancel our merchant account with **********************, the agent agreed to process the cancelation. I did ask if anything else would be debited from our *** ***** ******************** they told me maybe some prorated charges. On July 31 I got an email from Clover saying my *** would be debited so I knew my account was not fully canceled as I requested so I called Riverside **************** on August 1st. The rep told me was cancelation was pending and I had to wait for cancellations department call before the account would be closed. Today August 2nd, I check our business checking which is the *** and it/s being debited 136 dollars after where I have requested cancelation a month ago. I demanded to speak to a supervisor, was told one not available. I asked for number of the department and told they dont take incoming calls. As I requested in Early July, I WANT MY ACCOUNT CLOSED. I dont want to be contacted by this department if all possible. Im a busy person, I dont have time to wait forever for a phone call which should occured already. By now Riverside payments has burned bridges with us. We can't afford to be paying 136 per month when we already have another merchant provder charging us per month but way less than Riverside is.In addition I want the money being taken out today refunded and due to the stress this has caused us, the *** non compliance fees for last 2 months refunded as well. If Riverside Payments fails to honor our request to cancel, we will be also filing complaints with AZ and WA Attorney General Offices. As far we are concenred, taking money out still after the customer has asked for closure of the account is conmsumer fraud. We may also get the media involved as well.

    DONT SO IT, IT is a SCAM!! They will make you false promises, and try to lock you into a contract that cost about $10,000 to break. I have never even used their equipment, because everything they ever said to me, turned out to be a lie. Their equipment is not what they say. They cannot integrate with other POS systems. They are pretty much just trying to get you to sign up and lock you in so that they can charge you the cancellation fee if you try to cancel. Took two months to get a manager on the phone after calling daily. They have charged my account twice now, unsolicited fees. This was the biggest mistake Ive made since Ive opened my business. I hope nobody else makes it!
