    I have been getting calls for someone else for well over a year on my mobile phone. All of the telemarketers tell me that they got the number from a product sold by ZoomInfo. I have contacted ZoomInfo using their web based form multiple times to have them correct their data. They have not done anything. I often get multiple calls a day on my cell phone all for someone else... and there appears to be no way to have this corrected.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 23507963, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  It is unfortunate that it took interaction with BBB to resolve.  I would recommend they update their online processes to allow for fixing invalid data like this more easily.

    Back in April of 2025 I was contacted by a Zoom Info *** regarding the potential subscription of their product. This was a follow up on an interest conversation which we had with Zoom Info a year prior. During our initial conversation, we expressed to the Zoom Info Sales Agent that we were not interested at that time because he did not present a product that would necessarily work for us at that time based on the industry that we operate in. Further, the product after reviewing just did not provide much support for our industry. We received a follow up contact from the someone this year in April 2025 and we were informed that there were some changes to include the fitness industry and the likes. After discussing the potential of subscribing to Zoom Info, we were presented with the opportunity to subscribe provided the information given was accurate and that we would be able to see some return from the lead generation tools as was presented. We have had Zoom Info for more than a month and we have not even received the promised training that we were supposed to receive. Setup of Zoom Info using ******* videos have been unsuccessful, but one of the most ridiculous claims that industry leads in Fitness exist is a fallacy. The reason why we opted in for Zoom Info was because we were assured that we would be able to convert and generate leads. This has not occurred yet they have made several attempts to collect from us even suspending service for non-payment. Furthermore, the ** team is unresponsive and they do not connect you with management as they have indicated they would. I have yet to receive contact to discuss this matter from an account manager or someone with the authority to resolve this matter.

    ZoomInfo has stolen the information of my company and falsely attributed to another individual. As a sole-owner company, it is essential that my company information be correct. With no permission from me, they have listed my correct company information but inserted false information concerning number of employees, named non-existent management staff, grossly inflated income, but retained mailing addresses, office location, and other pertinent contact information. In essence, they have stolen a corporate identity.I consider this an unscrupulous business practice.

    We contracted with Zoominfo for the year 2024 and found the service of very little use. We paid what we owed them. At the end of 2024 I talk with our ZoomInfo rep. ******* *****, that we did not intent to renew the contract because we had gotten very little use out of the program. ******* **** me several times in an attempt to sell me but the different scenarios still wouldnt work for us. At no time did ******* indicate the company had place an automatic renewal in for 2025. The program was very expensive and of very little use to our company. In January 2025 we began getting invoices for the use of the service. At first we ignored them because we thought that it was a simple mistake on their part. Now in May of 2025 we find we have been turned over for collection! This company at the very least has deceptive practices. We have not used their service program at all in 2025. If the company were a tech savvy as they claim they would know this and ceasing pursuing collections against us. We dont want the service and we now regret the day we purchase the first one year deal.

    We signed up with ZoomInfo ($19.800 cost) in June of 2024. We have attempted to use their platform for the last 11 months. The promised features as well as accuracy of information has not been as promised to us by their sales team. I explained to ******* **** our ZoomInfo account manager on our calls in January, February and March of this year that ZoomInfo info platform was not providing the promised ROI and that we would be terminating our service at the end of our current agreement. At no time did he explain that the termination needed to be in writing. However, I did email on 4/1 and on 4/2 with our non renewal notice. Our one year anniversary of the service will be 6/4/2025 (the service first became active to us on 6/6/2024. well within their 60 day notice requirements He and his manager **** ***** are continuing to contact me and insisting they were not notified. I would like this to stop immediately and proof that my contract has been cancelled effective 6/4/2025. ******* **** - ************************************* **** ***** - *********************************** ph. ************

    I was contacted by Todd Henry of Zoom Info today 5/27/2025 He is not accepting our non renewal of service.    

    • I clearly notified Michael Lusk verbally since January of our intent to non-renew.  Not once did Michael tell me the notice had to be in writing
    • As per the documentation I sent in with my complaint we notified Zoom info in writing on April 1 as a reply to an email he sent
    • Zoom info is insisting that we needed to notify them on March 31
    • I've attached a copy of the contract that I signed.   It states " Non-renewal notice deadline 60 Days prior to expiration"  the words "in writing" are not mentioned.

    The company is selling my personal phone number and publishing it as being related to the business Mount-It!. I have attempted using their online removal / privacy form without success. I sent a formal demand/ cease and desist letter which has not received any response. I demand for my information to be removed from their database immediately. They do not have permission to sell or use my information, and I am on the registered do not contact list. They are in violation of privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the ************ Protection Regulation (GDPR), if applicable.I will be seeking monetary reimbursement for the cost of change and loss of revenue if this escalates to a point that necessitates a phone number change.

    Please be advised this issue is most definitely not resolved.   The calls are continuing to come to my personal cell phone.

    I responded directly to zoominfo requesting for zoominfo to please take  additional actions (besides merely passively removing me from their public directory) by actively recalling the information they have already distributed and marking me as do not contact in compliance with the California Fair Consumer Act.

    It requires more action and more time to assess the effectiveness of the actions taken.   ************ has illegally obtained and distributed my phone number and it is upon them to actively correct the impact of their illegal actions.

    I was told that this was a month to month service. I IMMEDIATELY was contacted by a sales *** and I asked to cancel the service as it IS NOT A MONTH TO MONTH COMMITMENT. I was told the charges would be reversed. I have call logs and the company has call recordings. They have since charged me $600.

    On May 30th, 2024, I signed a contract with ZoomInfo based on the impressive claims made by your sales representative. Unfortunately, it has become evident that these claims were grossly exaggerated. The information provided by your service is outdated and does not meet the needs of my business, rendering the product entirely useless. Despite this, I honored the agreement and paid the full amount of $17,****** March 2025, I was contacted by ***** ***********, a new sales representative, regarding the renewal of my service. I made it clear in an email sent on April 1st, 2025, that we had decided to go in a different direction and would not be renewing our contract. However, today, April 30th, 2025, I was contacted by ******* superior, who informed me that my contract had been renewed due to a 60-day cancellation requirement. I never agreed to an auto-renewal clause and explicitly stated that my initial contract was on a trial basis.I find this practice to be highly unethical and a clear attempt to exploit small businesses through legal threats. If ZoomInfo's product were truly valuable, such coercive tactics would not be necessary.I am formally requesting the immediate cancellation of my contract renewal. I do not wish to continue using ZoomInfo's services, and I will not be paying for another term. Should this issue not be resolved promptly, I will be compelled to take further action, including sharing my experience on various media platforms to warn other potential customers.I trust that you will address this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves
