  My business is down, so I cancelled my subscription renewal. They keep on emailing and leaving voicemails harassing me for money on the cancelled subscription that I cannot afford.

  This incompetent band of data thieves has listed erroneous and/or dated information about my business and their activities have probably left me open to fraud attacks. I can't correct or delete anything from their site without subscribing to it.

  LEAVE ME ALONE! I don't know how ZoomInfo obtained my information, but they had my wrong job title...so I landed on sales/marketing lists that weren't relevant to their products...and it gleaned my PERSONAL phone number, so I was not only being mistakenly contacted outside my job role, but they were doing it to my cell phone. ZoomInfo should be more responsible about their practices for data capture because at the end of their system are real people who have better things to do than answer dozens of inappropriate sales calls.

  This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The offer false promises and misleading information on their sales calls prior to signing up. Once you sign up, they completely step away and will not communicate with you. I was told about a feature that would be available, signed up and within the same day, not realizing it is not available asked to cancel since it is no use to me without that feature. Within 4 hours of signing up and they would not even entertain cancellation. As if they're desperate for these new enrollments. After calling a few times with the run around, they immediately pushed me to legal and began communicating ONLY through email. I requested their recorded zoom calls to prove that I was misled but they refused to provide it. Now they are aggressively calling me trying to collect and my immediate family member, ********** and friends. Its criminal. It's pretty sad that a company of this size would handle business this way. DO NOT WORK WITH ZOOM INFO.

  This company sells personal info to telemarketers. I keep getting sales calls for a job I haven't had in 4 years.

  Mistakenly signed up for a year and then found out I wasn't actually able to utilize the service, repeated attempts to contact them to work out any sort of a cancellation were of no avail, no live person talked to me about it, no offer to help. Just repeated threats to send me to cancellations and collections. Small one man business that made a mistake getting into the contract which they now won't talk to me about at all.

  this company has taken my private and personal phone number, from ********, and merged that personal data with my professional profile. They then turn around and sell that merged data to sales folks and then sales folks continuously call my family, instead of my professional and posted phone number. ZoomInfo instructions to remove your personal information from their database is to email their privacy department and they have yet to comply with my request. I think consumers need to be more aware where your personal data is stolen and sold. ZoomInfo is one of those characters who felt they were doing the right thing by making it easier to find decision makers by generating these global profiles and selling it, but they have opened ********* box of how consumers should treat their personal data. Social Media, which require 2FA and other secure methods, have opened too many loop holes for companies like ZoomInfo who do not protect your data.

  Got sold into thinking that their software would be able to help our small business but once we actually started using it we found that it did not work AT ALL for our use case. We raised this concern with them multiple times and they mostly ignored all of our emails and calls. Eventually got through to someone who attempted to help and they removed 25% of the outstanding bill but we only signed the updated agreement on the understanding that they would also provide a payment plan for us. Instead they ghosted all of our emails for 2 months and ignored every single call. They are now saying we have 1 month to come up with over $6.5k. Terrible software. Absolutely atrocious customer service. They do not care at all. Be wary of ****** ***** as he is not true to his work and makes fake claims. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL COSTS

  Software repeatedly crashed my MacBook Pro with 32GB of memory for days. It was a business quarter before we were able to use ZoomInfo. On using ZoomInfo a majority of contacts went to the reception. They claim they have sophisticated software to detect company detail accuracy but even for my own business the details were over 8 years outdated. They claim a 99% uptime clause but this isnt honoured which will result in you dragging through legal channels. Couldnt recommend anyone use them for anything. May sue for damages.
