Started in May 2021 I contacted this business to pay my ****. I did have fraud occur on my account and i sent them information in May, but at that time I still have the ability to make online payments using other methods such as paypal and check. online website is giving me issues I have called numerous times, a minimum of four to get this issue taken care of. Instead of researching their online issue they tell me my card has been backed out, I attempted to make a payment with three other methods and they blocked my account and require me to come inside to pay. They won't troubleshoot their online issue I have never had a payment issue before in the past. They acknowledged I never have payment issue before and have waved one of the three return payment fees. I'm seeking them to provide the other balance credit for the backout fee, and reinstate my online ability to pay.
