      Zenith waited to mail our deposit return until the last possible day legally allowed, after refusing to send closing accounting via email as well, but they didn't include the apartment number in the mailing address (which I suspect was intentional). Then when we notified them that we hadn't received the closing documents, they said we had to wait to make sure it wasn't just delayed. When we followed up after the waiting period, we were told the paperwork was sent without the apartment number and was being resent. However, we found out that they never resent the paperwork and were informed there was an additional waiting period before paperwork could be resent, which was not mentioned in any previous conversation. The paperwork finally arrived at the end of the waiting period, and they had made several charges against our deposit that were not valid. When we told them there were invalid charges, we were then told that we had to fill out an online form to dispute the charges, which naturally had ANOTHER waiting period. We started the dispute on 7/31 and are now in September, after much back and forth, and they asked us to sign an *** to get the remaining funds. I asked them to alter the agreement and have not heard any response for 11 days. The communication has gone through several different people in different departments, and takes days to get a single response to move even slightly in a forward direction.

      I ordered a product now its cracked and the business dont want to refund my money back.

      They never answer the phone or call people back. I left numerous messages and they do not call or email back. I informed them I would make a complaint and they still have not responded to **** have rented from zenith properties. Going into the house for the walkthrough there was an air ionizer blowing and masking urine odor. I signed my lease and moved in a few days later. immediately smelled a urine odor. I had a cleaner come in and he found there was substantial dog urine in the closets, master room and other places. I paid 600 to have this cleaned. I contacted the landlord as the smell remained and they hid this. They took a week to respond and I have been unable to move in and unpack. I still paid my rent. A week later, their contractor came in and he also confirmed the carpet needs thoroughly cleaned and or replaced. He made his recommendation. I have called and emailed them now for numerous weeks with no response. It has been a month and I have been unable to unpack and move in due to their unethical approach and lack of response. I need help and would like my first months rent prorated. I have now also decided to proceed with paying their contractor they had come in to clean as I have a young child and we are living in a situation that is unhealthy. Please help encourage zenith to make the right decision and prorate my rent since i have been unable to move in and to clean the facility. contractors both have agreed on the urine and one was their contractor hired by Zenith.
