Privacy violative. At 10:00 AM one hour prior to check out my wife and I where in the middle having *** and the door opened no warning house cleaning. We immediately had to cover up and yell do not come in. Have made numerous calls to management and have no returned phone calls apologizing. We sincerely apologize for this incident, it is normal practice for us to knock and announce before entering a room without regards to if its before check out or after check out time.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: although I do appreciate acknowledging the complaint I was told that I would be compensated for the room fee or provided a voucher for another night stay. I have made numerous phone calls, 10plus, requesting to speak to the manager and have yet to hear back.
