    First, I am an elderly disabled person. Getting out of the house takes a bit more effort than ten years previous. I needed to process an Amazon returna small package. On my last two Amazon returns, they needed to open the box to assure there was an item inside. So, this time, I left the 1.5X3 inch flap un-taped. They would not take the package. This time, the box needed to be sealed. Okay, can I have a six inch piece of tape. No, we have tape for sale at $4.99. While Im standing there, another employee is completely packaging an Amazon return for the lady next to me. All I needed was six inches of tape. I was not going to pay double for a roll of tape I do not need. This was unbelievable, not to mention lacking basic courtesy and decency. I took the package home, taped it, and used Mail Boxes Etc. for the return.

    The experience at this *** store in *********** is unbelievable, just look at all the reviews, it's hard to get that many negatives. I'm from LA and all the *** stores are very accommodating and professional, disgusting business ethics for ***********. I needed 1, 18" piece of tape for my box and they refused, told me to buy a roll from their stand. The young girl was rude and says, this is a business, wow. Yeah, a business to serve customers, I hope they close down I really do. I'm going to contact *** about this.

    First, I was in the store and witnessed the incident that ********** wrote about below. My feeling about that situation was that it was worse than ********** described--it was truly awful.Now, my complaint is that the ***.com website says that a spouse can pick up packages if they have picture ID with matching address to package and the tracking number. My husband and I have different last names--not unheard of these days. My husband followed the requirements, but the employee still wouldn't let him have the boxes because we have different last names. I went to the store on my way home from the airport to pick them up (I was working out of town), but they had started the return to sender process a few hours before I got there so even though they were still at the *** store, I could not have the packages. There was no notification that the packages needed to be picked by a certain time. Remember Walla Wallans--Staples is a *** shipping point and there is also a *** Customer Center on A street down past the airpost on the left hand side. You do not need to deal with these people for sending packages or Amazon returns, etc. Working on getting alternate locations added to the My Choice package hold/pick-up so we don't have to enter this store again.

    My husband and I are senior citizens and have lived in the Walla Walla Valley for over 30 yrs. As I walked into this *** store, 1/20/23, first thing I noticed that there was NO "hello" & NO" welcome," or smiles! A young male employee behind the counter was on the telephone, you could hear him talking very loudly, he was extremely rude and angry with someone. As he was speaking to the person, I placed my package on the scale, he checked it in while on the phone, I waited for him to finish his conversation. As he was speaking on the phone he "told me" to move my car out of the "no parking space," painted on the pavement. I replied "ok," so I went outside, told my husband, who was driving, that the young man inside told me "you need to move the car it's in a no parking space," my husband moved the car but found it odd, I was only going in to drop off a pkg for Amazon and come back out. We both noticed the sign attached on the building that said "customer parking." I proceeded to go back & I explained to the disgruntled employee that there is a sign that reads "customer parking, "he began raising his voice very angry at me and arguring with me. He was now going to call the authorities! This disgruntled employee was very angry and rude to me in front of customers and another female employee, and what for? He said"I was not a paying customer AND he does not have to help me!" All we wanted to do is drop off a pkg! This disgruntled employee told us he voided the transaction, we will never be allowed back into his *** store and if so we will be reported as tresspassing! He brought our pkg out to the car and told us to leave. This incident will be reported to *** and Amazon. These company's expect professional and curtious employees who treat their customers with respect and dignity. We donot deserve this type of treatment. Perhaps this disgruntled employee is is the wrong line of work!

    In addition, this is a great way to lose business in a small community. People will not tolerate this type of behavior as shown by this disgruntled employee. Customers have expressed to me personally and on social media they will NOT be returning to this *** store!

    My complaint is with thw owner *************************, until today I've never had any issues with this location...but today after dropping 2 refunds off during my lunch break I was verbally accused of being rude and told not to bother coming back...because of my silence?? I admit that when I walked I. I was focused on locating the scan codes so I wouldn't be holding the line...****** was talking rapidly to I assumed coworkers or another customer as this was happening as I entered.After finding my scan codes, I looked up to see that everyone was looking at me..I asked if he had been talking to me? And he said yes, what can I do for you? I said sorry I didn't realize that he was speaking to me..and I brought in 2 refunds. We began our transaction and ****** again started to talk to another coworker while we were processing the 2nd package...once he ran my scan code...I turned to leave knowing we were done..and he clearly was busy. When I got to the door I *********************** loudly say good bye and don't bother coming back as I'm so rude. Which shocked me, I turned around and asked what did he mean..he informed me that I didn't speak when spoken to and didn't bother saying goodbye but left w/o a word.At which I asked for his card..and now am filing the complaint. As a small town and ****** being a small town business owner, I would think he'd know better customer service manners...I don't feel I was rude in my silence..I do feel that he was clearly having a bad day and my actions or lack of hit a nerve. But to publicly bash customers infront of other waiting customers was out of line.************************* was rude, hostile and clearly thinking that as the owner he was in titled to act as he did...But he's representing ***...and *** is about customer service...which ****** missed today.
