    I am a member of this company's wine club, with a recurring monthly membership and also a quarterly membership. There are now six orders they have charged me for but have not delivered. The company is unreachable - website has no contact information or chat bot. There is a facility to submit a message, but they respond to about 1 our of 10 messages at best, and the responses are vague, with no resolution. I requested to change credit card they were charging, but they failed to make that change, even though I can see the information changed on their website. I see I am not alone with these problems, as the Yelp reviews include complaints from several people with similar issues.Note that in the attached picture the orders marked as "partially paid" are actually fully paid, but according to them got stuck in their system. Note the amounts are the same as the fully paid orders, as well.

    If I could leave no stars, I would. I purchased Messy Maw Maw wine duo. No problem ordering, no problem with them charging my credit card. No where on the website or my order or an email after my order saying anything about weather delays. The email I received was telling me that I would receive tracking information. Today is February 29th, still no tracking information. I reached out to the company and their reply was a generic email and at the last paragraph, look for an email the first two weeks of March for tracking. I responded that this was needed as a gift for Saturday, March 2. Since nothing has been shipped could they refund my money. Their response was no, because of weather delays and thats not their policy. I responded back stating that there was no information in regards to this and I would post about this. Their response was that I was bullying them and treating them bad. Bottom line, still no tracking and no product. To me that is poor customer service
