    I ordered a subscription. I was charged for the subscription but in over 6 months all my orders have been cancelled without explanation. I have made numerous attempts by phone and email to cancel, because when trying to cancel my subscription online it says it MUST be done by email. None of these have ever been answered. I have asked for my subscription fee to be refunded since they have not once even fulfilled one order, and again no answer. I need my subscription cancelled and my fee refunded.

    I placed an order on July 26, 2024 and have not received my purchase. I have tried emailing the company's support email address with no response. On social media, I can see others are having the same issues with the company where we make purchases, they take our money, and then never ship the product.

    The company stole $180 dollars from me by posing to be a fake wine account with monthly subscriptions.. they don't answer email, phone or social media messages.. they have a TON of complaint's online ( wish I saw those prior to me order). If I don't get a refund I fully intend to file a more serious complaint with legal action. I can provide all the necessary email correspondence I have sent, but I want to speak with a live person before I subject my self to more work on my end for this scam of a business.

    I have been charged but not shipped for 8 wine club orders (6 Monthly and 2 Quarterly) totaling $645.70 for 18 bottles of wine. Ive been a long term member and there have been problems, delays, and hiccups over the years and support has been communicative and helpful in resolving issues. Now they have gone silent with a single auto generated email response every time you contact them saying the hot weather has caused them to stop shipping. I know everyday since April things have not been that hot and even so to not address or try to communicate any form of solution, refund, or compensation is unprofessional and unacceptable.

    I was charged for a quarterly wine shipment that was never shipped. Repeated attempts for resolution were ignored, or did not answer what I was asking for. While subsequent deliveries of the quarterly deliveries were received as expected, the December charges never had any product shipped against them.

    I am a member of this company's wine club, with a recurring monthly membership and also a quarterly membership. There are now six orders they have charged me for but have not delivered. The company is unreachable - website has no contact information or chat bot. There is a facility to submit a message, but they respond to about 1 our of 10 messages at best, and the responses are vague, with no resolution. I requested to change credit card they were charging, but they failed to make that change, even though I can see the information changed on their website. I see I am not alone with these problems, as the Yelp reviews include complaints from several people with similar issues.Note that in the attached picture the orders marked as "partially paid" are actually fully paid, but according to them got stuck in their system. Note the amounts are the same as the fully paid orders, as well.

    On 2/15 I ordered 2 bottles of wine to give to my sisters as a birthday gift (we are triplets) The site said the package would be shipped within 7 to 14 business days and I would receive an email with the tracking information. To date the package has not shipped. Now the package will not arrive in time. I contacted the company requesting a full refund and this is the response that I got; We cannot refund this order, we had to produce more of the Messy Mawma Duo, and the funds from the Messy Mawma orders have been allocated towards the production costs.That response is completely unacceptable. I will not be the victim of their very poor business practices. I noticed their website seems to have since been updated with some sort of bogus statement to try to keep them from being liable for the delayed shipping. If a customer does not receive the product when promised, they deserve to be able to cancel the order and get a full refund. They confirmed it has not been shipped out yet. I am asking them not to ship it and give me my money back.

    I placed an order on 01/18/2024 from nocking point wines.I have requested multiple updates on my order status. I have reached out via customer support email, phone number and social media.No response from them. I am either looking for the product I ordered or my money back.The customer service is completely lacking. The lack of response or communication from customer service is awful.No update and its been over a month since I placed/paid for the order.

    On 1/9/24, I placed an order to have two bottles of wine shipped to a friend. The website promises products will be shipped between 7 and 14 business days, but it has been over five weeks and nothing has been shipped. I have reached out to the business several times and have been promised it would be shipped, but nothing comes of it. This was intended as a birthday gift to a friend on 1/26, but that has come and gone. He is also moving at the end of the month, so I'm just hoping to get a refund. When asked about a refund, I was denied.

    Hello, Nocking Points reached out on 2/23 and said the wine would be shipped within the first two weeks in March, but stated again they could not refund (despite the two month wait). I'm currently still waiting for shipping confirmation.

    Ordered wine off this website , checked in to see how long shipping will take which I get can take some time anyways I get the same automatic response due to record cold weather they have a shipping hold now mind you this is for Valentines Day for my wife , no indication of a shipping hold was listed on their website it was misleading which I find to be false advertising , I cant reach anyone numbers dont work emails automated, I want my wine or a refund and or both weather in Washington my guy is a low of 30 high of ***** all week I find it irresponsible of the company to not have listed on their website about a shipping hold , also find it irresponsible nobody has reached out but a auto email
