July 9th 2024 I purchased a vehicle from this buisness. When I went in to sign the paperwork there was discussion of a branded title due to the vehicle being stolen. After the family debate they stated this was not the case. They have the full amount of cash I have given them, paperwork is signed, I have been told the title is good. I go back home.3 weeks later I go to the *** and find, branded title because the vehicle was a total loss. They made a nice profit off a totaled vehicle. This was never discussed or I would of not paid the amount of money I paid for it.I called to talk to them and he wanted to focus on I knew there was a chance the title was branded and mam your hard to talk to. He doesn't want to talk about how much money he made off a wrecked vehicle. That is against the rules of commerce, this isn't fair trade.

Our contract included repairing the exhaust manifold leak. They put on a used exhaust manifold that was warped and had pipe welded into it.rather than it being a one piece. Then they used orange RTV good only to 650 intermittently to try and seal up the warp.Less than 8 month later when it was warm enough to put the windows down. Sure enough their mess was ticking.Likely before that but it was winter and too cold to drive with windows down.I called them and they said for $75 they would look at it but that any repaired would be at my expense. They also never gave me anything showing their work dont to satisfy contract. *** emailed and asked for all invoices for my records and they have ignored my request. I have had a certified mechanic inspect and agree with used parts with warping and welded in pipe, and failure by using orange RTV, (underrated for the steady heat temps)Ive also documented with photos of the work they did. It is now costing me out of pocket money to correct what they were suppose to contractually do properly. While doing their crappy repairs they messed up an ABS wheel sensor wiring and harness plug and an O2 sensor, Codes had been erased and didnt show till I started it the next morning.Keep in mind by giving me used parts that means I have a used front catalytic converter off a vehicle with **** knows how many miles on it. For all I know that could be my next expense.Very very very unsatisfied with them. They also own Auto Star auto group. Buyer beware!!!!!
