I am a 20 yr old woman who purchased a 2016 Chrysler 300 in March from this dealership. I was promised that everything passed ***************** wouldnt dare sell a car that had any problems. Everything looked good after looking at the car fax & asking ************* made a down payment & agreed to a 3 year payment plan. When viewing the vehicle with the salesman, I tested the windshield ************* made a loud squeaking sound & were clearly damaged/broken. I addressed this & the salesman(*****) shrugged it off. After only 2 months of having the car I notice several problems that someone would only notice after a few months of owning the vehicle. The broken windshield wipers have permanently scratched the windshield at this point. There is a rubber door trim on every door & when it got warm out for the first time this season the glue started melting & the trim was coming off. The passenger side door inner paneling is not secured to the door & is coming off. I had someone who knows more about cars take a ********* said the brakes are worn down & trashed. After all of this, the check engine light amazingly comes on. Very frustrating having that happen only 2 months into owning a vehicle. I called & left a voicemail to *************************** who I signed papers with & gave the down payment to, which he ignored. The man who inspected my car and I went to the dealership to address our concerns & get an inspection for the **** We get sent to about 4 different people & each employee acted as if we were delusional. They didnt want to help us & even asked us to leave when the man I brought with stood up for me & said this was unacceptable. Remember Im just a young *********** easy to take advantage of me at a dealership. The final employee we talked to INSISTED they would never sell a car with broken windshield wipers and thats exactly what they did. ***** the salesman witnessed it & did nothing about it. The refused to make me an appointment & asked us to leave.

*************** and her friend ****************** visited our store on Monday, May 23rd. Our service department attempted to schedule an appointment  to inspect ******************* concerns with the Chrysler 300 she purchased from us on 03/17/2022, however ****************** declined, on behalf of ***************, demanding that the dealership is responsible for all charges regardless of what is wrong with the vehicle. Our service department attempted to communicate with both *************** and ****************** that there may be charges depending on what they find during inspection and also noted the repairs may even be covered under warranty. At that time ****************** became belligerent with our service staff and declined to sign stating again that the dealership will pay for anything that is wrong with the vehicle. Our service department attempted to diffuse the situation however ****************** became increasingly angry and it was at that time we asked ****************** to leave. We gave the option of having *************** come back on her own, as she is the sole owner of the vehicle, citing we will not tolerate ********************** behavior. ****************** and *************** then moved to our sales department demanding to speak with a sales manager. We honored that request however ****************** became increasingly belligerent pointing fingers at the chest of our sales manager to the point of harassment. It is then ****************** and *************** threatened to get a lawyer involved. At that time we declined further comment as it is our company policy to do so. On Tuesday May 24th we received a poor ****** review from ****************** to which we kindly responded. On May 27th we received another poor ****** review from ***************.  After further investigation, we discovered we replaced both the wipers and rear brakes during the vehicle safety inspection on 02/01/2022 prior to *************** taking ownership of the vehicle.
