      I don't like my sectional it does not fit nicely in living room also its uncomfortable I thought it was nice online and in person it doesnt fit in my room I called 24 hr after to come and get the furniture and they keep saying that there is a claim and its been more than four days. I would like to return it. I will never buy from these people again

      I bought over 10,000K of furniture's from Ashley's. I have to return some of the deliveries on both occasion they came to delivered the goods. They take both incorrect items. When i call the store the sales rep was very disrespectful. Mind, i have to have someone at my house on both deliveries. I am so SORRY that I ever buy from them. First and Last.

      If I could I would only give a half star. I went into store to ask for some information on some lift recliners and it was like I was not good enough to buy anything. The sales rep wouldn’t even offer to look for other lift recliners since the one I was looking at was online. Abruptly dismissed me like I was a nobody. I will not ever go back there as they just lost two sales. I’ve never been so disrespected as a customer as I was today!

      I bought a power loveseat less then 6 months ago couch almost caught fire dued to power switches shortage and broken metal frame and peeling real bad on my loveseat Ashley wont fix the peeling and its under warranty still cant explain to me why my couch power switches melted they said o well with the peeling and the shortages on the loveseat

      When I ordered online, I was concerned that my bedframe would arrive damaged however the packing material that was used prevented any damage from happening. Assembly was simple and now my wife and I are happy with our first major furniture purchase for our new home.

      Do not buy from Ashley furniture, they have shoddy furniture and the absolute worst customer service ever! Delivery was a nightmare & took weeks. After 1 week, the drawers wouldn’t go back in their tracks & I discovered the flimsy staples it was put together with had given way so that one side was parting from the top. I called the store, sent an email with pictures & over the next week talked to someone in “customer care” and at my local store and got a lot of promises but nothing was done. We ended up fixing it ourselves with real hardware & better bracing. I will never buy from this company again!

      Ordered panchali wall clock. Clock does not keep accurate time(gains hours instead of minutes. Ashley refuses to pay return shipping with refund although clock defective on arrival. Return shipping more>$100. I am out $229.99. E-mails not answered and calls end with no resolution. Furniture store does not handle on line transactions. HELP!

      Bought a patio furniture, received a defective furniture, I reported the issue within 72 hours, called customer service got a agent that I can barely understand what they saying so I asked to give me someone that speaks clear English and they hung up so I called back to let them know I had a defective furniture that was delivered it had scratches on it and broken pieces , I was told that they will schedule a technician to look at and I stated that I purchased new furniture and I don’t want a tech so they put me on hold for 30 minutes and I also sent defective item pics multiple times, called and reported multiple times, all you get is contractor employees from overseas they are no one helped with return process, finally I got email saying I have to pay shipping cost though it is defective piece. I’m not paying no shipping cost for something that was delivered to me defective So I donated the item to Goodwill! Please do not buy any product from Ashley Furniture they just want your money for poorly made products, My daughter had the same issue with her furniture she bought a bedroom set and it was delivered damaged and they asked her to send photos and after the photos she was told that a technician had to come and inspect and she states that she want to return everything and get her refund **PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM BUYERS BEWARE READ THE REVIEWS ON THIS COMPANY***

      Ordered a jewelry armoire from Ashley online. Upon delivery, I realized that the picture on the website did not match the product that I received. The item received was a hideous greenish-yellow color, and the picture on the website said it was “taupe” and it looked taupe-ish, a little darker than antique white. I immediately called Ashely and asked to return the item. Customer service put in a return request for me and said to wait to hear for return information. 4 days later I received an email providing me with a return address and informing me that I had to arrange for my own shipping and that shipping and handling charges were my responsibility. I contacted USPS, which refused to pick up the item because it was over 70 lbs. I contacted FedEx which wouldn’t pick up unless I had a Fed Ex account or label. I contacted UPS, which quoted me $210 for an oversized and overweight item (over 3 feet tall and weighs 72.3 lbs). The jewelry armoire cost me $400. I contacted Ashley and asked them to arrange to return ship the item through their shipper (Fed Ex) with their negotiated shipping rates that I would pay for. Ashley told me because the item was not “defective” that I was responsible for private shipping and they had no responsibility to send me a label through their Fed Ex account that I would pay for. How is it unreasonable for me to agree to pay return shipping through their shipper for a negotiated rate? The item doesn’t look at all like what was pictured, and I’m saying I will pay for shipping and arrange for the pick up. All I’m asking for is a label so I will only be charged their negotiated rate. It would cost them absolutely nothing to do this. The fact is, Ashely wants to force me to keep an item that is hideous by putting me in the position of paying an outrageously expensive amount to return the item to them. Buyer beware do NOT ever order from them online they have ZERO customer service. They are a scam company.

      I ordered a party time recliner from Ashley furniture and had nothing but problems since the purchase. One of the lights stopped working, then the cup holder was not lighting up. I went to recline the sofa and I got nothing while checking the connections going through trouble shooting I looked online and noticed the product have a recall on it for a fire hazard. I unplugged the sofa and registered online for repair on 07/18/23 today is 08/14/23 I still have not heard anything! I contacted the number for the recall and was told they are registering me now, 4 weeks after I already registered. Then the representative began to tell me theyre only replacing the LED. Nothing on this sofa operates, not only that if I didnt look online I would have never known about the recall, this is a Horrible customer experience. No communication about a fire hazard and different information given out by Customer service representatives. I would have never thought a company like Ashley Furniture would put customers through this type of experience.

After reviewing your order, you are out of the 1 Year manufacturer warranty but you purchased the extended warranty.
