7/28/23 I ordered and paid in full for a door from **** ** ****** (now ABC Supply). The door arrived late and unassembled. Having to assemble the door myself only to find out that the stationary door and operational door hardware were both located on the same side rendering the door useless. I revisited ABC Supply and spoke with the Branch Manager (BM) who stated he would order the “warranty parts” for this brand new $3,900.00. I asked the BM if a new door could be shipped, that I could return the door that was incorrect to which he said no, the warranty parts was the only path forward, that he (ABC Supply) would lose money on this order if it were to be a whole new door. BM stated I would hear from him by COB 10/30 or at the latest the next day. No word by 10/31 I contacted the BM to which he stated I was “hounding” him and still no date could be provided for this very time sensitive issue. 11/1/23 the BM called and stated parts would be in by 12/12. As of 12/15/23 and after reaching out to ABC supply in Wisconsin no one has been able to provide me a delivery date, compensation for my energy cost loss, safety & security of my family and home from the elements and intruders. Had the door been delivered “factory assembled” as quoted by both ABC Supply & Anderson’s, the quality control department at Anderson would have been able to easily spot this flaw in their workmanship and make the necessary repairs before the door was shipped alleviating this entire ordeal. The fact that I am awaiting parts (not a new door for a problem that was not caused by the customer) for a brand new $3,900.00 door is unreasonable. The door has been paid in full since 7/28/23 and to date I have not been provided the product or a date at the very least. My family is being placed in an ongoing unsafe situation, my home is unsecure, my home is a the will of the weather elements, my home is a potential insurance hazard as the door is not in the opening.

*********************** is unprofessional, immature, rude, & is a liar. He hired me on as a Roof Loader on 10/12/23. When hired I made sure to make him aware that I had days I would need off for personal matters but I would be able to have the dates to him & the other **** with at least a weeks notice. He told me that it would not be a problem. On 11/07/23 I had 2 ************ & requested off via WorkDay on 10/30/23, he denied my request. They were doctor ************ that I couldnt miss & I informed other **** that ******* denied my request but I wouldnt be making it in that day because of my ************, he told me that was alright. ******* texted me, telling me to bring in a doctors note & make sure I saw him before getting on a truck the next day which I had scheduled off for a court date already for about 2 weeks time. I told him after my court date I would like to come in for the 2nd half of my shift. He said I could. When I came in he had a write up for me to sign claiming I had missed 7 unexcused days in the 30 days I had been with **** I told him that wasnt true & he laughed & said well it is actually., regretfully I signed the write up. Shortly after, I went through my schedule on WorkDay to verify I didnt have 7 unexcused *************** him screenshots. He then told me 1 unexcused day was unacceptable. I was sick this last weekend and Monday I was too ill to work so I called & texted the other **** & requested via WorkDay to use 8 of my remaining 24 hours of sick time. ******* today 11/14/23 pulled me into his office and fired me & said I had no available sick time though I showed him my balance via ************ schedule showing there were not 7 days of unexcused absence. He continued smiling & laughing at me and claiming days that he approved for me to have off were days that I was absent with out approval. He finished the conversation by yelling at me Get the f*** out, youre done!. I dont know why he hired me if the days I needed off were a problem.

Our company was running a project that was tax exempt. We submitted our paperwork and were told they would not remove taxes and that contractors still have to pay taxes. We used many different organizations on this project. For both material and equipment rentals. All other companies besides ABC honored our tax exempt paper work and removed taxes. Their tax officer responded to one of my emails with the tax laws of the state. I then pulled a direct quote out of the material that she sent me to show her where we fit in and why the paperwork had us covered. Yet ABC must be doing it right. While the other 6 Companies were wrong......

I would not order nothing from *** in Huntington they are the rudest people couldn't even get a word out told him what the only thing I got out was I need a shingles and he told me to call 84 or ****** so I suggest for people to go to 84 or ****** or ***** Queens anywhere but *** roofing in Huntington I can't leave a comment because you got to give him a rating so I guess I'll have to give him a star

A few weeks ago , I found myself calling ABC Supply Co. Fond du Lac . I'm used to purchasing in the Milwaukee Metro Area , over the last 40+ years , for my Sole / Proprietor Residential Remodeling Business . Due to no one locally , having the color and brand of roofing I was looking for !! My " Hail Mary " was to try them ! What an Unbelievable Surprise !! I've Usually Always Been Treated Respectfully , Wherever I Go .. The Service was Exceptional !! I Had Never Been There Before .. My Initial Call .. Stopping in and Placing My Order , for Delivery , in Colgate ..Not Exactly , Around the Corner !! The Office Staff ! The Delivery Driver .. and , Taking in My Return .. Everyone that I Came in Contact With !.!.! All of Them !! Professional ! Easy Going ! Efficient ! And Last , But , Not Least !!! Mike Jumping on a Forklift , to Take My Return ! The Yard Being So BUSY !! I Left There Feeling Like an Old Friend ! All I Have Left , to Say ,. Is Thank You Bob

Very good service and inventory! Without ABC supplies I could not get my project done, Home Depot and Lowe's failed to provide adequate. And service is great and professional, this is real American level and standard which should be everywhere. Thanks to ABC!
