      bought bimini top march 16th. have owned the boat since 2020 and never had an issue with the used top except starting to get holes due to age. installed top end of April and started to use in May. Top totally collapsed...support poles broke and are unusable. contacted business and they stated that tops are not to be left up in the rain... Really?? we left our old one up all the time. Reached out to company, supplied pics and they won't honor due to it rained! NOWHERE in their product description does it state you can't leave up if it is going to rain. product failed after less than 3 months...broke july 3rd. believe they should refund the money. if their description stated couldn't leave up in the rain, would never have bought it.

      Bought a trailer cover 7 months ago. They have a 24 month warranty. The cover started to rip at the seams within the first 3 months. now 4 months later i have holes and rips throughout. I called, text, and emailed the company with no reply. I called their 2 different phone numbers. One lets me leave a message, with no reply, and the other has a full mail box. The second number then asks me to leave an sms number, which also never gets a reply.

      Ordered boat seats 2/1/2024. Never delivered and company does not respond via phone (goes to voice mail immediately) No response to chat. Saw their reviews/complaints on your website. Want an immediate refund for products not delivered.

      Ordered 2 boat seats that when they arrived we see they are glued at seams and ripping. Very bad quality. We asked for return and after a few back and forth emails they sent me the return labels. The seats were delivered and signed for by the same person at their warehouse and they are claiming they either dont have them or are missing one. It has been over a month and still no refund! They do not answer the phones and no voicemail messages are returned you can only email.

      Hello,

      We have responsed to you in the email. As we said, the amount of your order is frozen by your bank because you opened the chargeback, the bank will take some days to review the chargeback, you need to wait a few more days until bank's decision to issue refund. Pls wait a few more days. 

      And the return reason is the color is off as your boat more off white. Accoding to return policy, buyer will pay the return, but you don't willing to pay it, and  we have sent return labels to you to return and seller took all th lost. Hope you can understand us.

      I ordered a life jacket for a class. It didnt arrive in time, I ordered it specifically because the website advertised free return shipping. When the time came to return they didnt answer the phone and took a week to get a response just for them to tell me its on my dime. They straight up lied to me. Numerous 1 star reviews on ******

      The customer asked for return as" It did not make it here in time to be used. It is unopened", we offered the return address to the customer. we checked the information that the order delivered within 2-5 days and In the expected time, tracking number is **** **********************. We also show the return policy link to the customer that we don't cover shipping fee if the item don't have quality problem, and our policy don't status free return. We follow the policy to solve customer's problem.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      Their website stated it I double checked it because I knew for a fact if it wasnt gonna get here in time, I would return it. They later on removed it from the website. They are straight up lairs

      I bought an RV cover from them approximately 3 months ago. The cover has ripped in numerous places. I have contacted them by ************ keep asking for an order number, the refund policy on their web site does not say that I need to keep or have my order number. I would like a refund or replacement.

      We ordered 5 bar stool chairs from HOMEKOKO on 11/4/2022. We received them on 11/8/2022. When we opened 1 box and assembled the barstool it was very cheaply made and wobbly. We sent them an email on the morning of 11/9/2022 explaining to the about the barstool being wobbly on our floor and asking how to return them. Later on, that day they responded asking if they are assembled correctly. I emailed them back stating that they are assembled correctly, and I would like information on returning them. We even tried calling them and, on their voicemail, it states they do everything by email. On 11/10/2022 we received an email stating that they will be in contact with us as soon as they can. As of 11/12/2022 we have not heard anything back from them. Order #*****.

      I purchased an RV Class C motor home cover from Leader on July 11, 2021 for $239.99. It barely lasted 9 months before it ripped at the seams and even in between seams. I have several pictures showing the defects. I have contacted Leader on several occasions since April 27, via email address ********************************************* Their initial response in email was to refund my money. Two days later they revised the email to say they would replace the product. I accepted either remedy. Since May 7, they have gone completely dark. I have sent several emails and chatted through their web portal. No rest. I have electronic evidence of all correspondence. Please help with getting a refund or replacement. Thank you

      Date of original purchase: February 26th 2022 for $216.00: Item is a pop-up pavilion with item description "Gazebo Tent Pop Up Canopy Instant Screen House HUB SCREEN HOUSE" Order Reference: LA#***** Item delivered on March 3rd 2022; First complaint sent on March 7th ************************************************************* the form of holes along the top of the pavilion, as the phone number on the website had no response when called and no call-back. Next attempt was made April 5th via the store chat and had a response the following Day April 6th, but then no response again until April 18th following multiple attempts at contact (April 8th and 13th). After responding to the message from April 18th, there was again no response despite attempts for contact on April 21st, 22nd, 23rd, and 24th. On the 24th the business responded, once again asking for pictures they had received 2x prior now, and they were sent again on April 25th. With no response again after sending photos, April 28th I sent another follow-up message, and the company finally responded offering a $70 compensation for the damages, despite my request for a replacement of an undamaged product and a willingness to send the damaged product back in exchange. I attempted to clarify the nature of the compensation and received no reply again, despite more attempts to reach out on May 2ns, 4th, 6th, and 8th. On May 8th I alerted the company that if I did not hear from them I would pursue help from the Better Business Bureau, and they did not reply. Attempts to contact the business was made again on

      I purchased 3 stools from this company on January 5, I received all three stools on January 12th. Unfortunately one of the stools was missing an hydraulic and i sent them a message and they asked for proof. After sending them videos numerous times , they never responded. Their customer service number doesn't work as well, i tried calling multiple times
