******* actually approached me back in *********************** regard to her significant others affiliation with a new roofing company. ******* asked me if they could come to my property to look at my roof. After submitting a claim to the insurance it was denied in 2021. In May of 2023 I walked outside of my home to see ******* And her significant other standing in my neighbors front lawn. At this time ******* stated that due to the storm in April ***** in my neighborhood were getting approved. I began telling ******* and ****** about my damages. Another claim was summited. I was approved for around $6,000. I talked to ****** about the result and was told that the insurance company was not being fair I should ask for more.My insurance agent who I have been with for several years and trusted encouraged me to shop around and provided me with additional ideas.****** stated word for word not to worry about anything he would talk care of the situation and all of the damages would be fixed no madder what the insurance company settles on. I trusted ******'s word. ****** had convinced me that I was being had by my insurance agent and that I could whole heartedly trust they would do the job.I had no idea I was about to be mentally stressed due to damage to my property and shortly after them going completely mute in regard to finishing the project.I have since had a celling in my attic fall in were my daughter sleeps. I was advised to keep ALL documentation Text E-mails and Photos. I discovered that almost all of there reviews are individuals that they personally know . The "Electrician" they claimed to have contracted is actually *******'s brother in law who agreed they were doing bad business. There "Project Manager " later talked an individual I referred to Forward into writing him a personal check to do work that he never returned for. I believe employees are being paid cash. I found this out after trusting they would do the job they promised to do.

    Dear **************,

Despite our previous attempts the last few weeks to contact you via phone, we have unfortunately been unable to establish communication to schedule the remaining repairs. Forward Roofing, in accordance with the agreement and as communicated by myself (*********************), has completed all the work paid out by State Farm. We want to emphasize that we have diligently handled every aspect of the project, covering all expenses that the insurance initially paid for.

Despite our efforts, you have not responded to our calls, and we are concerned about the lack of communication regarding the resolution of the outstanding balance. We would like to remind you that Forward Roofing has gone above and beyond to assist you throughout the entire process, even covering out-of-pocket expenses for your project.

We acknowledge that there were no damages found in your attic, as per our assessment, and that you initially informed us that the damages were confined to the kitchen. Although the insurance did not approve coverage for the kitchen repairs, we proceeded with the work out of goodwill.

Regrettably, it appears that you have chosen not to allow us to complete the necessary repairs to your kitchen and have not fulfilled the remaining balance owed to Forward Roofing. It is disheartening to note that, despite our efforts, communication has become increasingly challenging, and we have received no response to our attempts to reach you, including our recent call on December 12th.
Furthermore, we want to address the concerns that you have raised and assure you that Forward Roofing is committed to resolving any issues amicably.

We have served a lien notice due to the completion of work, and we trust that you understand the gravity of this situation. Bashing our name without addressing the outstanding payment is not the responsible and honest resolution we anticipated.
We kindly request your prompt attention to this matter to avoid any further escalation. Our aim is to find a fair and equitable solution, and we are open to discussing any concerns you may have.

Please contact us at your earliest convenience to schedule the remaining repairs and settle the outstanding balance. We appreciate your cooperation in resolving this matter promptly.

    Sincerely,

    *************************

    Owner/Sales Director
