  If you want to get sexually harassed by their on site staff and office manger feel free to move in. The men on the property (Cimarron Trails in *********) are nothing but perverts. Asking to come to your apartment and texting your number with sexual comments. **** and racist as all h*** too. If you are not a huge ***** fan don't bother ************. They may let you in but then make your life a living h*** Keep an eye on your kids they let the pedophiles move in as well. The apartments themselves are not half bad if you can get over the perverts that stalk you! BEWARE!!

  I rented from them 3 different times ... first time the "manager" took advantage of me not being able to stay until he got home from work & charged us $5000 for work he claimed he had to do to get the place ready for new tenants ... we went to court & were able to prove he lied ! The case was dropped ... In the meantime we had moved to a new city because of work & the managers were really good at taking care of things ... But I had a chance at a different complex that I moved to until I decided to move back to the city I had moved from .... strangely it was in the same building I had moved from 12 years earlier & I moved in in October and was there for 10 years ... On Jan 2nd, I found a notice on my door telling me I had until Jan 31st to get out or be evicted ... Then on the 4th they put another notice to be SURE that I had gotten the message .... I called them to see WHY I was getting thrown out in the middle of winter and was told that they decided not to renew my lease ... I tried to reason with him by saying I am 76 years old and on SS and there's no place to move to & I don't have a vehicle to go look for a place if I was even able to find one, & he just told me that I had better figure something out !!! ?? I was finally able to find a place but not til Jan 26th so it was horrible ... Couldn't get a moving company to get me moved til the 31st and they would only do one load so I was going crazy trying to get out of the place .... the mgrs showed up at noon to see if I was out yet ... Told them no so they gave me til 5 to get out ... At 5:02 there they were again .... Told me if I wasn't out NOW I was going to be charged for the whole month of Feb ... I told her to read the fine print about how much I would have to pay if I couldn't get out NOW ... I told her the REALITY of the situation & she got even snippier & said she would call her boss and I told her to tell HIM to read the fine print too ... They gave me until 5 the next day ... Don't rent from them !!!

  Wright weber management has been getting away with taking people to court without actually serving them papers. They will give you a 28 day notice with only 25 days to get out and then refuse to return phone calls when you inquire about the reasoning. They will continue to do so until they are made to stop. They do not fix anything you report as brokem or not working. They do not shovel or plow anything and will tow your vehicle if it gets stuck due to their refusal to plow or shovel. They lose your rent payments and then when you call about it they state they finally received it but it was late and demand another $50 for a late fee. There are HUNDREDS of cases where they took tenants to court but the defendant did not show due to NEVER being notified.

  They have lost our rent multiple times even tho according to the money gram money order it was cashed by them we've had to pay court fees multiple times do to the wrongful evictions and recent months we've been having issues in our bathroom with water bubbles from a leak and half the bathroom ceiling has mold and mildew l. When we made a maintenance request all of a sudden 2 days later we get a notice of termination of residency... now we are struggling to find a place in December.

  Do not rent from these people. I reported unsafe conditions on their property and my lease was cancelled 10 days later after living there over 4 years. They gave me no reason other than the repeated 'we decided to cancel your lease '. Throwing my family out, always paid rent on time. They did the same thing to my neighbor the month prior. Unethical

  Nasty. Never answer their phones. Let's people smoke in and in the property which goes into other's units. Their building manager goes against FHA and talks about children, which are protected under the FHA law.
