  Our contract was completed on 7-24-22. All work was to be completed by 8-14-22. Time was of the essence, as I was scheduled for knee replacement surgury on both legs. and my room mate already had to be attached to oxygen, lungs only functioning at 37%. So quality of air was always a concern. He represented himself as having over 20 years experience doing this kind of work. He was to do all flooring in house, replace 2 doors, and bathroom countertop. He tore up the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom... never completed anything, and ruined the supplies provided. Cut up largest carpet piece, meant for livingroom area. So more carpet had to be purchased. Only laid about half of kitchen flooring, lots of gaps, after beening left like that , all had to be tore up, and other flooring had to be purchased to redo kitchen floor. He tried to do bathroom floor...it was left , all different hights ect, and gaps with no mudding at all, causing us to have weeks of work to tear it back out again, and have to breathe all this for months. we had to have helping hands come in just to set up a bed and make a passible path for a ******, the day before my surgury. everything had been moved to living room area and one bedroom. He did not know how to do any of the work I hired him to do. I paid him ******* and he did not touch the doors or the bathroom counter. He did not complete any of the flooring. what he attempted to do caused more work and exspence. He has blocked communication, and has not made any attempt to make good on this contract or return any of the money. the guys that he brought in with him also broke a domed butter dish, ***** and he accepted a doll valued at more than ******. He carpeted over a heat vent. he had put carpet padding over tack strips, he cut up like 6 little pieces of carpet right in the entrance of the bedroom, after a few hrs, you could see the red carpet padding tape show right through. you could see where every cut and seam was. he did not know what he was d
