I had an issue with my vehicle the check engine light and abs light would come on intermittently. I had brought my truck in to eagle river dodge in September of 2023 they told me there was an issue with getting parts as they were being re-engineered by the manufacture. I was told at that time the parts would be available February-March of 2024. So I waited and kept in contact with them as I went into the store for oil changes and such. I received a call end of April beginning of may saying I needed to come in with my vehicle to get some info off of it, and they said the parts were available and were going to order. About 2-3 weeks later I received a call for eagle river dodge saying that the no longer wanted to or were able to work on my vehicle, and as of June 3rd my extended bumper to bumper warranty expired, so here I sit no answers and my warranty expired. With the abs light on my cruise control does not work and also my abs is not working which is a safety issues in Wisconsins slippery weather.

    ****,

I have looked into the issue that you have stated in your complaint.  I believe there may have been a misunderstanding at the time you called in to schedule your appointment.  ********************** was booked and had no available times to address your issue.  The service manager suggested for you to take your vehicle into another dealership to see if they could get your vehicle in to be serviced, because you mentioned that your warranty was about to expire.  Stellantis has a possible fix for your vehicle, but it does require multiple steps to be taken.  Our dealership does have some openings over the next couple of weeks to assist you, if you wanted to make an appointment.  As for your warranty, I cannot guarantee that the fix will be covered by it or if it will be a customer pay repair.  We will assist however we can.
