I signed a contract on 4-5-18 to straighten my teeth for $7,195.00 and the work to be done in approximately 2 years. I told Dr. ********************** I had another local estimate for braces and that doctor felt I would need oral surgery to broaden my upper arch, Dr. ********************** assured me he could do it with Invisalign and no surgery so that is why I picked Kristo Orthodontics. It is now 4 years 9 months later and my teeth are not correct on the right side. I have told Dr. **********************, ******************, and their assistants their work is unsatisfactory and that I have right jaw pain since their treatment. I also have remaining cement/adhesive on my teeth and didn't receive a retainer as promised in the contract. I have asked to talk with Dr. ********************** about this matter but he cowarded out and sent a certified letter on 2-9-23 dismissing me from his care. I talked to ***** and his office staff on the week of 2-6-23 to 2-9-23 stating she is sorry I feel that way and that they will not refund any of the money, fix my teeth, or pay for oral surgery to fix the issue. As a dental professional myself I don't know how Dr. ********************** can sleep at night knowing I am in pain and not satisfied with his unfinished work.
