            I purchased my home at ************************************** in July. Ive had repeated issues with water leaking into my basement, Selene acknowledged the issue and said it was probably because downspouts were not installed and sent a contractor out to confirm. They also had downspouts installed. That is the last we heard from Selene homes in the issue and our basement continues to flood. They will not communicate with me regarding this issue, so there have been no fixes put in place. There is no reason a brand new basement should have 1/2 inch of water sitting in it.

            We purchased a new construction home earlier this year in May, with finishing touches yet to be complete when the contract was signed. These touches included grass/sod, support beams in the front and back of the home, and repairs to the driveway. I was notified this week that the front support beams would not be installed by the seller/builders and this would be my responsibility, despite the listing for the home, all other homes in the community having this installed, and the structural integrity of the house.This news came after the seller/builders were unable to adequately fix my foundation, resulting in out-of-pocket expenses from my end. This was covered under our home warranty and a leak in the foundation was apparent the very same day we closed. The sellers refused to cover these expenses.I am seeking repairs on the house via the installation of support beams to hold up our roof overhang, as well as reimbursement for the out-of-pocket expenses for the items under warranty that I had to fix after the seller/builder was unable to fix.
