      On June 2nd I ordered a gift card for an upcoming birthday to be delivered virtually. I asked that it be delivered the morning of June 5th. The gift card was not delivered virtually.On June 6th I contacted Fleet Farm asking about the gift card. They also show that it was processed, but their 3rd party gift card vendor did not finish processing the order. Fleet Farm said they would put in a ticket to have it resolved, but it could take 3-5 business days. I told the customer ********************** person that it was unacceptable - the birthday was on June 6th. She said there was nothing else they could do. I asked to talk to someone who could help. She said there was no one and that they wont refund gift cards (even though I didnt even ask about that). She didnt offer to help In any other way and refused to take responsibility for the company for their error. She kept saying she was sorry I was disappointed. That is very poor customer **********************.

      Hello *******,  

      First I apologize for the delay in response.  After contacting our gift card provider they could not explain why the gift card was delivered on 6/6 and not 6/5.  They did say the gift card was sent electronically on 6/6 and the card was activated (email opened), but the card has not been used.   Unfortunately I do not have additional information.   A new gift card was sent electronically on or about 6/21, I realize this is too late, but hopefully you can find use for it.   Again, I apologize on behalf of our gift card provider.    FF

      I was in the parking lot at Fleet farm in April 2022. It was strong winds and the shopping carts are being blown around at 50 mile per hour and one hit my passenger door. I was in my car when this happened.I went in and reported it to the manager. He got picture of my passenger door and did paper work to send in. I got a letter back from the store support center. This is what they said After reviewing the video, it was determined that another customer had failed to properly place the cart in the cart return, which allowed the cart to blown by a strong wind gust. As a result the damage was not caused by the negligence of fleet farm therefore we will be unable to assist you with the repairs.There was 14 carts blown in the strong wind gust and hitting cars. Most people dont know that there cars got damage from the carts. Because I watched them carts hitting the cars.I would like fleet farm to pay for damages. It was there cart.

      I apologize for your experience while shopping at Fleet Farm.  On the day in question there were very high winds, when this happens we make sure that we gather the shopping carts frequently as to avoid them blowing around.   The carts were collected on many occasions on this day.  Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for the people that do not return them to the cart corral.  As our claims person explained we cannot, nor is it reasonable to ensure the corrals are always empty.  Mother Nature can be very unpredictable!
