My Frustrating Experience with ********************* and Exam One I recently applied for life insurance through Ladder, and to my surprise, they claimed that I had heart valve issues and prosthetic deviceswhich I have never had. Even more puzzling, these codes were billed by a urologist I saw for a consult.Ladder then directed me to contact Exam One. However, every time I reached out, I was met with complete disorganization and unprofessionalism, being transferred from department to department with no real answers. When I finally got someone to respond, they couldnt explain how these codes ended up in my file. First, they said it came from an image, then later claimed it was from notes.Ive since filed for a re-investigation, but *** (**************************) is refusing to correct their records, even though I have documented proof from my doctor stating no such codes have ever been filed or recorded in my medical history. Despite this, MIB is still pointing me back to Exam One and offering no resolution. This is an unacceptable mix-up, and I will be pursuing legal action against MIB for having incorrect medical information on file. Its been a nightmare, and I want others to be aware of the potential issues when dealing with these companies.

      Hello,

We do not show anything ordered by Ladder Insurance but in Jan 2024 another carrier ordered a data report from us on Ms. Sookram.  Ms. Sookram asked us for a copy of her report which is what we sent her and then we've not heard anything from her so I'm not sure who she may have talked with.  She has not opened a dispute with us regarding this issue, but she is free to do so at any time.  The data requested was pulled from different sources and then ExamOne sends the data received to the carrier.

      thank you.

I applied for insurance and a prescription check was done ExamOne. ExamOne provided false information regarding my prescription history. I'm pretty sure this erroneous information was directly responsible for my denial of coverage and need this fixed immediately.

Mr. *********** insurance carrier placed an order for his prescription history.  ExamOne pulls prescription history from various Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) systems and we report what is sent to us by the PBMs from their systems.  ************************ will need to engage in the process with the PBMs to correct any information he believes is incorrect.  Thank you.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear .

I have reached out to my benefits office and the office said that the information in their system does not reflect what has been put in your report.  I need you to remove this false information immediately.

I have sent this to our ********************** so they can respond directly to ************************ to help address his concerns.  If ************************ does not hear from someone by the middle of next week, please have him reach out to ExamOne or he can reach out to me directly at **************************************** and I will try and help facilitate having someone reach out to him from our **********************.  This may take a little time to resolve due to the holidays.

Waste of time and money! Ive been sick; my doctor ordered a blood draw. I couldnt leave my house so I waited TWO WEEKS for a draw. The night before, 10 minutes before closing (and of course after they stopped answering their phone), they canceled because they were double-booked. So I called the main exam one number. A rude woman named ******* told me I couldnt have a refund because I was canceling within 24 hours of the appointment. Say what, now? She was too preoccupied with covering her own rear than helping me.Theres a reason Exam One barely has a 2-star rating on ****** or Yelp.

Im sorry to hear that ********************** is upset over rescheduling of her appointment.  Unfortunately, with mobile collections, thing do come up that nictitate rescheduling of appointment.  Please see below for what happened in this incident.

I apologize as this was an office error.  Examiner took coverage at an event in ************* for an 8.5-hour shift.  **************** schedule only showed one client at 9 AM.  ********** was going to reassign the appointment but was unsuccessful.  It was getting close to the end of the day when we heard back from our last possible examiner to take the 9 AM appointment, but she also had another job and was unable to take appointment.  When calling client to see if she can do another day this week, we got her voicemail.  So, we left a message advising client that she needs to reschedule.
