Char was an excellent salesperson. She really looked hard for what I wanted. She was not pushy and gave me time to think about what I wanted to purchase. Kim was also just as good finishing up the sale. Both with excellent customer service skills. I will definitely be back!

Our sales person, Anthony, in mattresses was very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and honest with his remarks about the mattress we were purchasing. Jeanne at the sales desk was very kind, courteous, and informative about our sales wrap up and delivery. We had a great experience when looking for a bed at Biltrite furniture with help from Ruth. She helped me find the exact correct mattress set. Kyle & Carmillo delivered the mattress on the date and time set for us and called to let us know the exact time with a phone call 20 minutes before they arrived as promised. We will definitely shop there again as we have in the past!
