First time here and was very pleased. The gentlemen helping us find the correct mattresses went above and beyond. Never rushed. The accounting lady was also excellent. We will be returning for all of our furniture needs!

If you want solid American made products and knowledgeable, kind people like Barry and Fariha to work with, Biltrite is the place to go. It doesn't make sense to go anywhere else. They put the best customer service into everything they do even into the quality and workmanship of the furniture and mattresses they sell. Won't shop anywhere else. Buy local! You won't be sorry! This is the first time we bought from Biltrite Furniture. We decided to purchase a mattress and boxspring and we love it. They are very helpful and friendly from the time you walk in the door till the time you leave. The hardest part of the whole experience was choosing a mattress from the many different ones they had but with their help and knowledge we were able to narrow it down. What we liked too was that it was made in *******. It is very clear they want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase.After you decide what you want to purchase, they streamline everything from the payment process to the delivery. We had such a pleasant experience shopping at Bilt Rite on Saturday while shopping for a sofa. Ruth helped us and we couldn't have asked for a better Sales Rep. She is very knowledgeable about her work and we were so pleased to work with her to get the sofa we wanted plus the fabric and colors for the pillows. Let's not forget the discounts.
