      If I could give zero I would. They will set up a payment plan but will not take the payment out like they are supposed to and will then take out double the next payment. No one is able to do anything about it because the system automatically does this. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

      I got a $1000 loan from them and now I owe like $7000. They are a complete rip off and wont settle for less than $3000. I would recommend that no one get a loan from them

      I have tried to contact the , login to my account and see for myself how much owe . I got an email from the. That I can reply to , they said I had to payments left one in the amount of 146.00 Approx for July and the last for 105.21 for month of Aug . TODAY I receive a notice I owe the 146.00 .

      Just like the person below Ive tried everything to get in touch with them to pay off my loan and it looks like the company has disappeared. They do keep taking the money from my bank. I think I will just have my bank do a stop payment.

      I went to pay my loan off in full, but I always look back at my installment agreement to make sure I know what amount is being paid off, as I know the APR is ridiculous. I attempted to access Blue Trust Loans website to view my agreement via the log-in link in my email, but to my dismay the website said 404 Not Found. Then when I clicked on the www.bluetrustloans.com link in my email, it took me to page saying Blue Trust Loans is transitioning to eLoan Warehouse which at this point I am unable to access my account information and documents. I input my email and last 4 of ssn, which is the requirement for log-in via the eLoan Warehouse site, but no success as it did not recognize me. I also noticed that eLoan Warehouse is operated by Opichi Funds, LLC d/b/a eLoanWarehouse. A completely different operating company from Hummingbird Funds (Blue Trust Loans). At this point, all trust with this company has gone out the window. Needless to say, I called Blue Trust Loans customer service rep, the first rep sounded like he was driving or something (which I actually said that to him) but he kept saying he could not hear me and speak into phone, which the phone was up to my ear and mouth, I didnt feel comfortable continuing a conversation with him so I hung up and called back, which I got a different rep and the background noise sounded so much better. I paid my loan off In full on 06/07/2022, but I am still skeptical because I didnt have access to my original documents. I made the rep aware of the issue with the website and he just gave me the contact number for eLoan Warehouse. Unacceptable
