      Took a loan out with Blue Trust. Ended up pay way more than initially understood. In early 2022 was the last time I was able to speak to anyone with Blue Trust. I could not log into my account or reach them by phone. According to the last conversation I had with someone who represented Blue Trust, he offered to settle for a certain amount which I agreed to. I provided him with a payment method since the bank account I was using originally had been hacked and could not be used. I was never able to contact Blue trust or access my account after that. I am now getting 8 to 10 calls daily from E loan warehouse. I have more than paid what I should to Blue Trust. Please clear my debt and quit the nonstop calls.

      I got a loan from Blue Trust Loans. I have already paid twice the initial amount of the loan. I have tried to call this company to secure information regarding the payoff and status of my loan. I have not been able to reach anyone at their phone numbers. I received a number of spam calls from E-loan warehouse letting me know that Blue Trust Loans is out of business and that a different tribe is taking over their business. They said they were going to forgive my BTL loan and refinance or recalculate my principle but did not disclose the percentage until I agreed to transfer my account to them. They could not tell me the principle of the loan, nor what the new payments would be or even what information they had about my account. They also at first made it seem like they were just going to forgive the loan, but then changed when I started to ask questions. The agent could not answer any of my questions. The call was disconnected. For these reasons, I have not been able to resolve or close my account and I am concerned about fraud.

      I took out a loan from Blue Trust Loans and have paid on it for several months--on-time and in-full. I have paid nearly double the initial amount of the loan. For the past few weeks, I have attempted to call this company to secure information regarding payoff. No one has answered the phone. Two days ago I received a call from Eloan warehouse indicating that they had taken over Blue Trust Loans. They offered to payoff my BTL loan and "refinance" my principle but would not disclose the percentage until I agree to transfer my account to them. They first said my principle was ****, then ****, and finally ****. They also requested my complete SS# and did not seem to have my address--the agent thought I was in a different state--even though they have BTLs accounts. The agent could not explain any of the process. I asked for a supervisor. She couldn't explain it either. I have not been able to reach BTL to resolve or close my account.

      I opened a loan with them in January. I agreed to $39.03 a week. I became unemployed in February, but kept up with payments. I contacted them on June 3rd and said I couldnt anymore, and the manager on duty verified I was unemployed and I agreed starting June 10th, 2022 to start paying it back at $50 every 2 weeks for 8 payments. The last $50 payment was made July 22, 2022. I woke up today on July 29, 2022 to an overdraft notification, and the charge that did it was a $39.03 charge by Blue Trust Loans. I tried calling and the calls will not go through anymore. I see other people online have had this same issue recently. I contacted my bank and they kindly are stopping the payment. But, I would like to be contacted by a representative of the company to see what has happened.

      This company charged ****** % interest rate on a $500 loan, when they are finished I will have paid them $2163.87. I do not recall being told I would pay this amount, which is why I requested another look at my agreement.

      I applied for a loan, I understand it was an emergency. I told the person I spoke to o wanted to pay it as soon as possible he stated that the payment would be $400 for a few months when I cablees after $4200 being taken out I was told I had only paid $100 towards my $1600 loan and still owed them $1500. This was a deceitful loan and I cannot afford this.

      I took a loan out with this company and now I cannot view or make payments online....I took a loan fir ***** dollars which I would have paid over over 2-3 pay periods. Now they are deducting ****** every pay period and I don't even know what my balance is..the company no longer exists online and when you call it says it has a new owner and when you tell them you have a loan with blue trust they transfer you and the call hangs up everytime

      I took out a loan January 28 2022 so they say, which is fine. My checking account got hacked. I am unable to make payments right now until I am established again. I switched bank. I am 75 years old and live off my social security. The problem is they hound me constantly sometimes three times a day. The last number they called from is ************. Please help me

      I began a loan with Blue Trust in Jan 2022. for 650$. Most recently I find out that I no longer can review my account balance or exisiting loan documents, as this company has been sold to Eloan Wharehouse. I have tried to log in, however it states that I am not found in the database. I have sent several emails and have called only to be told sorry the merger just happened and we can not address any log in issues. They continue to take money out of my account, but deny my access to view my balance and interest rates, or the ability to make any additional payments to bring my balance lower and avoid additional interest.
