      First they are not licensed! Found this out when one of their employees got stuck in our front yard in the mud with her car.. not sure what she was thinking of. But ended needing to call a tow truck to get her out. In the mean time she had called her daughter to help her... needless to say between the two of them, my front yard is messed up. We called Comfort Keepers only to find out they were not licensed. Guess we should of asked this to start with. Otherwise I would never of had them come into my home. Some days we weren't sure who was coming to our home until we opened the door,. the worker told us she and her daughter would come back to fix it, but still haven't seen them even though I reached out to her on Facebook. Now my yard is still a mess, the kids come over to use the rider lawn mower to cut the grass and with all the ruts it catches on the blades. Both my husband and I are handicap .. what a mess this order deal has become. So in my words ... first ask if they are licensed? second ask if they stand behind their employees in cases like this. Go with someone else!!! I wish Comfort Keepers would of stood behind their business and had someone come out to repair our yard, smooth it out and plant grass seed, but they pretty much told us they are not licensed and it's up to us to take care of it...
