For anyone with animals. I would suggest not making any purchases as you will not be able to return them. I went there with items to return that I purchased two days ago. I shopped around and when I went to the counter. Nothing was said to me about not taking the returns until after I gave her my phone number and she looked at my account. I had been there before to sell items and I was unaware they had been sprayed on by my unneutered cat at the time. She then stated that they could not take the clothes and they smelt like cat pee. I took the associates word for it out of embarrassment rather than sniffing them. When I arrived home, I took them out of the bag and was surprised there was no odor at all! I immediately called the store and explained the situation and she insisted that there was an odor on them, and I was unable to return them. I still have the tags on the smelling fresh in a bag! I had also made a purchase while I was there to which the items do not fit my son and I'm not even going to attempt returning them because I know it will be the same response as last time. I am on a fixed income and am now out over $40. When I went to leave a review on my shopping experience, I saw several other complaints on ****** as well as ******** referring to random issue they create, and inconsistency of return/exchange polices.
