I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I am facing a hardship and this company wants to revoke my pay. I will be reporting to the better business bureau in regards to the service. I will also recommend people to not deal with this company. They are ridiculously high for a small loan.East Line Lending

Worst loan company iv been through.crazy interest but the worst part is iv been calling them trying to pat off the loan for months and just get sent to voice-mail with no returned calls. I took out a 950 paying them 300 every 2 weeks for almost 6 months....!!!!!East Line Lending

THIS COMPANY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO PAY OFF YOUR BALANCE EARLY. WORST LOAN SHARK I HAVE EVER USED. I have used loan sharks like this before to get some of my tax return early. Typically, you have a one day window to call and make your payment before the next payment is processed. Yes, the interest rates are STUPID high, but if you pay them off quickly, it's not so bad. This company gave me a time frame on roughly 1 hour, on a Wednesday morning to call and make a payment. They literally make it impossible for you to pay off your loan. Now they call me to try and settle my debt but the amount I borrowed was paid back, plus some, so it's never going to happen.East Line Lending

I took out a $400.00 loan from east line lending and have been trying to do an early payoff as the payments are $200.00 every 2 weeks. I have been paying on this loan for several months at above stated payments. I call and a recorded message states that the person I am calling is not available. I try to log into my account and I can not do that either. If I continue to be forced to pay $200.00 every 2 weeks I will have paid $4,800.00 back for a $400.00 loan. This is a criminal act. I am about ready to contact an attorney to see what I can do legally.East Line Lending

These people are impossible to get in contact with. The phone number goes to a generic voicemail and you never hear from anyone. If you send an email it bounces back saying some one will be in contact but you never hear from anyone.Total scamEast Line Lending

This people were taking $200 out of my account every 2 weeks for 4 months for a $500 loan. When I caught it I tried to reaching out to them and they didnt even have an account for me, each time they were going to call me back, no replies. Website unavailable. I called my bank to stop the payments and the same people that couldnt provide me with documentation or an account sent a wage assignment to my employer demanding $1200 with a fake e signature. It's been two days and I still haven't received the money. Every time I call to ask when will I get the money they are rude and hang up. Someone keeps calling me for an employment verification. They've called 10 times in the last HOUR, from different numbers each time. When I do call them back they are unable to locate the application associated, because I do not have the number of the person whose application gave us as the employer. The person who left me a voicemail did not give a number to call back, they only said "I will call back in 2-5 minutes." Well, each time they've called back I have not been able to answer. Would be nice to be able to call them back when I have a few minutes. If they don't even have basic employment verification etiquette, I can only imagine how poor their other business practices are.East Line Lending
