They bent the third-row automatic seat in my van, and it will no longer lay flat. I made a huge mistake when I picked it up. It was clearly bent, and I did not say anything at the time. I asked for both seats to be vacuumed in both the upright and flat position, but I also asked for both seats to be left flat when they were done. The right side of the seat was flat, and the left was upright and clearly bent when I picked it up. I made a huge mistake in not reporting this right away. My mistake should not void their responsibility. After numerous phone calls with no response, they now want me to file it with my insurance. Why? Why should I have to do that when they have insurance for these issues! They are clearly in the wrong and refuse to do anything about it. Also ask yourself why I would make this up? What exactly would be my motive? Maybe they refuse to help because I am a woman? I have zero reason to lie about this. I'm sorry this business refuses to take responsibly for bending my seat. I will also be contacting the better business bureau. I am kindly asking my friends to share my status. Shame on you ******* for not taking care of your customers. Shame on you ******* for being rude and dismissive. Shame on you ******* for arguing with me when I have zero motive or reason to do this.
