I am not liable for this debt with marine CU , and do not have a contract with them. They did not provide me with the original application like I asked.

      Business response

Marine Credit Union staff attempted to reach the member and have received no response back.  The loan history shows that appropriate documentation was supplied to member upon loan closing.  Research showed that this member's loan closing was done in-person and the loan agreement was done via docusign, prompting a copy of the title application to be sent to the member via the same system. We consider this matter closed, and have mailed a letter to the member, encouraging him to connect with us should he require additional information.

I have a 1st and 2nd mortage with this company, me and my husband fell 1 month behind in out payments, but we pay them $400 every week for the last month to catch up. We will be caught up next month. This bank calls my phone non stop, while I'm at work... harrasing me constantly, arguing with me even though they see payments coming through every week. I ask them to contact me through e-mail only, but they still continue to harrass me by phone.

I have an auto financed with marine CU and have had some serious problems with these people. I am down to owing $2800 on a $12,800 loan. I have NEVER been late paying EXCEPT a couple months during the pandemic when I was out of work & waiting on unemployment to kick in. Now, the latest issue is that I moved back home almost 2 years ago and my registration on my vehicle has expired and when I tried to switch to the state I'm in, I was told only my finance company can initiate this because, they have the title and it cannot be done without it. When I called marine to ask them to register the car in my current state of residence, I was told that they would not do anything until the state I'm living in sends them a request to register my car here. She then stated, "that it was my current state of residences' responsibility to register my vehicle." The next 45 mins were just as ridiculous as this statement. When i explained that the *** here wouldn't write any such letter because they do NOT have any interest in MY car, I was then told that Marine CU wouldn't do anything without that letter. It took several times of my asking to speak to a supervisor before she put one on the phone. Once the Supervisor got on the phone things got worse. She was rude and told me if I couldn't get the local *** to send a letter requesting that Marine CU send what was needed to get registration, then they won't register the car or provide me the title so I could do it. I told her my local *** won't do this letter, so I her asked what else could be done to get my car registered. She then proceeded to tell me, " they don't hold the title, they are just the lienholder." At this point, I figured I was not going to get this resolved through talking to representatives of Marine CU. I have had nothing but problems with this credit union since financing my car. These problems are quite numerous and cannot be added to this complaint but, I will be sending other complaints to explain.

This has been my bank for years but every time there's a problem (always on their end) they get impossible. Today was the breaking point for me, I was pushed to my limit and had to get ***** and say You put me through this same rigmarole every time there's an issue...I've had it...I'll go to another bank. Afterword I made a call and found out they are lying about me, said (prior to my moment) that I have been difficult with them and unpleasant! Never have I been that way, I'm a gentle person. But I was pushed by all their nonsense and am fed up now. I will get a new bank and I want them marked negatively for their dishonesty! I am not keeping any account with a bank that mistreats and lies about a good man. They in all honesty owe me a huge apology.
