This is my second loan with evergreen, the first one I took out because work slowed down and was in need of funds. It was a $300 loan, when I came close to paying off I was offered to pay off principal only and I qualified for $750. Unfortunately I made the mistake of taking it because we had a death in the family and was in need of extra cash. However I feel like these payments are only getting higher. Ive paid $300 over the $750 borrowed and still have $2000 plus I owe which is ridiculous! I cant afford these payments anymore they are just too high and a $750 loan costing $3000 once its paid back is taking advantage of people. I am asking that my account is considered paid in full Ive already paid over the amount I borrowed, I just want to close this account or find some resolution because this is just too much I cant afford it anymore.

I needed emergency money to cover unexpected bills that needed to be paid ASAP. After shopping around for a same-day loan, I settled on 3/1/2024 with taking on a loan Evergreen as I needed the money in my account same day and they ensured that this would be the case. They also made multiple calls and even sent several texts to me to accept a loan with them. On accepting the loan, I did not receive the borrowed amount until a couple days later leading to additional charges from the time-sensitive bills for which I needed the funds. The representative I spoke with prior to accepting the loan gave no mention of the full loan term, expected total cost, or APR. In hindsight, I believe this was intentional as if this was mentioned, then Id definitely not accept the loan. I borrowed a total of $550 and will have paid a total of $709.75 as of April 30th. Based on the payment schedule, not a single cent of the $709.75 has touched the principal of the loan. The first two payments were labeled as finance charges and were a whooping $165. Also, this is a 22 month loan with a ASTRONOMICAL total cost of $2,612.50. The APR of the loan is ******%. This is not only HIGHLY predatory lending behavior, but it also breaks several federal and state laws by extreme amounts (maximum APR - cap at 38% for this length of a term, maximum finance charge - cap at ~$45; etc.). I cannot afford to pay these payments and do not have the funds to cover the payoff amount which needs an ADDITIONAL payment of nearly $800. I cannot believe that this company is allowed to take advantage of desperate consumers that are ALREADY struggling financially such as myself by engaging in these predatory practices and lock them into such a lengthy loan. This is just highly immoral and breaks several laws that were put in place to protect consumers such as myself. In conclusion, Im requesting that my loan be considered paid in full as I have already paid $709.75 as of 4/30 which is less than 2 months.

I have used Evergreen services 3 times. The first two loans I took out I paid right back on the first payment. The last loan I took out was for $500.. I was not able to pay that back right away. So my loan payments begin coming out on December 1, 2023. And they take a payment every two weeks. It is now the middle of February and I have sinced paid off the $500 plus. Yet by their guide lines say my loan won't be paid in full until I have paid off $2335.. That is completely ridiculous and unethical to do to someone. I also was checking my credit score for another reason and I don't see them on there anywhere. I asked them when it came to me acceptimg this loan would it help my credit score increase if my payments were on time... I was told yes.. Every payment they've taken has been on time. Yet they aren't even on my credit.. So, They lied! What kind of company is this if the loan isn't even showing up as a payment or being monitored as a loan?.. So I looked it up and found out that this is completely illegal. I figured as much. Now I'm going through something and these payments are getting harder to pay.. I have made 6 payments totaling $934... They are saying I owe 16 more payments.. That's crazy.. For a $500 loan.. Please.. That's not helping. I will never do this again.. I would like them to consider my loan PAID in full and to stop taking my money out of my account that I need. I have paid the $434 over what they gave me. I can not pay anymore and take care of my lively hood which to me is important.. Please close this loan.

The company refuses to respond to emails. I've emailed three times now and one of them was to revoke permission to take automatic payments. They ignored every one and took maymentnout of my account which left me overdrawn. This has been an awful experience.

I've taken out loans from this place before, not realizing I was being taken advantage of in the process. I got approved for $700 and now I'm paying back almost double that. I cannot afford this, it's ruining my livelihood and I think my loan should be closed out cause I simply cannot afford this anymore. I've so far paid off the $700 and I still owe another $682 and that is absolutely ridiculous.

I like many hardworking Americans fell upon hard times. A sudden auto expense popped up and I needed a small amount of cash to fix it. I found Evergreen Services and thought my problems were over! Little did I know they were just starting. I have paid off almost 600$ of the ************************************************************************************************************************ Even though Bridge Lending CLAIMS to be exempt from local and federal laws, they are still illegal. I have asked them to satisfy my remaining loan balance. They wanted me to pay back 1650$ on 400$ borrowed! Thats highway robbery! They also have been taking out 29$ every time my bank account doesnt have enough money to cover the insane payments. In my state the maximum allowable fee is 15$. This loan is breaking me and ruining my life. This is a scammy company whose only goal is making a quick buck, no matter who they hurt.
