I had taken out 4 loans from this agency without knowing that their interest rates were illegal. Total amount of loans were $2600.00, I have paid a total of $3141.25. This is more than enough to cover the loans. However, the company continues to harass me for payment. They have went as far as to reach out to my children. They are predatory lenders and continuously push their loans on people, they also are offering illegal loan rates in the state in which I reside. Evergreen should close out my loans as paid in full.Business response

Car accident. Took a loan thesis is not an advancement. I was told should have ****** with a pay advancement company. I took a loan for $300, it is costing me $700 to repay it in under 6 months This should be illegal. $400 fee for $300 advance. I believe loan sharks have better rates. Yes i signed the long term 6 month payback, because i was in the hospital and the payback rates seemed great then. *********** loan sharks. I would like the loan, the rest of it to be dissolved because of my car accident and i already paid double i. Less than 6 months.Business response

I had tried to apply with evergreen services in august 2022. But I had decided I didnt want the loan. I had tried to apply yesterday 10/26. I had to update my information because I have moved. I updated my address. I entered my information and when I went to apply I got denied. I went to log in and I applied again and I got denied. I took out a loan with them for $500 for a medical emergency, but after making several payments I owe way more than I took out! I have since found out these type of loans are illegal in my state! I have paid $750 back and will be $900 when one comes out tomorrow. My husband has now lost his job and I have no way to keep paying these type payments. Please **** my account as paid in full and closed and do not take any more payments out!Business response

This company somehow got numerous friends and familys information without my consent and has been harassing them. I changed bank accounts and am waiting on my new card to come in. I have no idea how they obtained these peoples information and phone numbers. I never gave them that info, they have been calling people unrelated for no reason.Business response

My first payment to evergreen was on the 21st of September 2023 and I was talking with a agent and was trying to make the payment in full which was 525 and receive a higher loan than 400 after I paid said amount, then I was left ignored and never received an answer back until the next day and got hit with a late fee because it was a day late and when I talked with a different agent they told me that I can still pay the full amount and only quoted me a lower amount then previously received which was 250 because of my late payment. I tried talking with different agents and supervisors for their lack of communication and failing to understand my needs and concerns. Then the supervisor I talked with over the phone proceeded to yell and talk over me so I hung up and just gave up on this place. Dont ever trust their services. Worst service Ive ever received from anyone or anyplace. All i wanted to do was pay off the full amount and get quoted for a higher amount and when i tried to do so it seems like they try to avoid doing that with their customers.Business response

I have been a customer of this company for a few times and weve always had a great relationship. Recently I have fallen on hard times and thinking how Ive been a loyal customer I would be given help to pay, not to get out of it but to pay. They brushed me aside and refused to offer any help even telling me if I went to collections I wouldnt be offered any help theyd still charge me the same anmount. If the situation wasnt dire I wouldnt make my business public but I have never had a loan company refuse any help to a customer who is bantantly saying I cant afford this please work with me so I dont have to not pay.Business response

Loan ID ****** Date of transaction: July 31, 2023 Loan amount $450 actual pay back when paid as scheduled $2,137.50.I had to take out a loan due to financial hardships however I am looking at my documents and I see that every transaction has a different amount. I was also informed I my pay off would not be that high however my APR is ******% and my total amount including financing is over 2k. I have to make 22 payments to pay this off however each payment back is a different amount and waaaaay higher than I agreed too.Business response

I took it a 500pay day loan with this business with intentions to pay it back. I did pay 150 but I was unable to pay the rest. I've tried to resolve this and the balance is higher then the loan. They say it's 870. They are not willing to take the balance down where it's manageable for me to pay off. And the interest is over 300 percent. I just can't pay that. I was willing to pay 50 every two weeks till paid in full for dropping the balance to 600 and freezing the interest but that was a no goBusiness response

I took out a very small loan of $500 to pay off a bill. The company pressured me from the moment with multiple phone calls and text messages. I applied for a loan through a completely different platform. I got harassment calls, emails and texts over and over. Once I finally spoke to them they told me I was approved and that it would cost me $150 dollars per check for next few checks. NOT THE ***** I have since paid $300 dollars, I still owe $650 and the woman I spoke to said it would be going up if I continue to make payments as originally offered. These people are scammers, no one should use this service - no one. You will only end up hurting your finances more. They are crooks really.Business response
