      I believe this company is a scam. They are based in **** and/or specifically *********. I ordered an item from them in November of 2023. As of todate, I have not received it, and they were paid in full. I have emailed the company multiple times. Their original website was shut down and then opened under a different address. Buyer beware!

      I placed an order in November of 2023. At that time, an estimate of upwards of 13 days was declared.Towards the end of December, I sent an email seeking an update, and a prompt response was made advising a slight extension to ship.Since that time, I have reached put several times, and attempted to cancel the order, all unresponded to. The order has not been updated since December 29th, and no response, aside from my initial inquiry, has been received.

      Terrible decision to use this company to order work pants. 12/8/23 I ordered and paid for 2 pairs of work pants and as of 1/31/24 still dont have my order. They have no live phone support and a generic email that says the helpdesk will look into it. Sent several more emails with no response. In 18 years of working my career, I never had this issue with ordering my work pants.

      I dont know about anyone else, but I ordered some camping gear mid November. Its been over 2 months, I have only received a partial of my order. No one will respond. I have no idea whats going on. I will never buy here again and if you are reading this I suggest you buy somewhere else. Totally unsatisfied with my experience. Now Im trying to get a refund for the portion I didnt receive. Good luck *****.

      List items that they don't have in stock on their website with a 3-13 day eta. Takes your money and then doesn't get back to you on a realistic time you should expect your order, the eta consistently gets pushed back month by month.

      I gave one Star because there is not a place for Zero a star.I ordered these two Items 7 November, I was informed that it would be shipped in 3 to 6 days, I was very patient, I thought there was plenty time to receive it before Christmas, as time went by and I still had not received it, I contacted your company and very politely several times ask about it,I was always giving the same story that you would be receiving it soon and immediately shipped it to me, this went on for one month while your company is still advertising the same items. Now you say that you cancelled my order at my request, that is not true, you cancelled the order because after one month you tried to get me to except something else and said I would not receive a refund.Just send me the refund, credit it back to my credit card.your company should stick with your Pledge and refund my money now that I will not receive the shipment before Christmas

      I ordered a duty holster and two pairs of handcuffs back in August. September I still haven't received them. I requested a refund they stated it would take 1 to 10 days to receive the refund. Here it is November now still no refund. Mad City Outdoors is by far the worst place to buy but the best place to get scammed.

      I placed an order and received an email saying the items would be delivered in 3 to 13 days. They were never shipped and I asked for a refund but didn't get that either. They said they would refund me but after the 13 days of the items not being shipped I called discover card to dispute the transaction. About 2 months later I still havnt gotten a refund or a shipment. Do Not buy anything from them, you will get ripped off.

      This Company charges your credit card when they don't have the item in stock. Their excuse is it is the way there system works. Buyer Beware !!!

      I placed an order nine weeks ago and they continue to make excuses why they can't ship my order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM OPERATION....
