      13 November 2023 was original purchase date.This was for a Rothco Generation III Level 3 ECWCS Fleece Jacket.This was ordered so I could complete duties in the State Guard.Price was $53.99 and total amount was $******** contact or delivery of product almost a year later.

      Date order placed: 11/7/2023 Amount paid: $28.94 Company/store: Mad City Outdoor Gear Product: Rite in Rain 25 meter M4 target practice paper Problem: Never received it. I kept in contact with the store for months. I initially inquired in late November about the product. Every time I inquired they kept saying it was backordered. I bought it through another vender since Mad City didn't deliver it in the time I needed it by. Eventually after a few months I requested a refund and never got one. The company eventually blocked me and ran away with my money.

      6 Sep 2023 - ordered $154.94 worth of goods. Months later received partial shipment worth $54.64 16 Nov 2023 - ordered $92.99 worth of goods. Months later received partial shipment worth $52.04 Numerous attempts by email and website contact forms have been ignored. Company will not respond to missing items already paid for. 60 day deadline to contest with credit card companies has expired.

      To whom it may concern, My name is *****. I attempted to purchase an item ( Blackhawk sportster holster $39.34). I placed the order on 10/12/2023. Almost 2 months went by and I kept getting different dates of when my item would be delivered. On 12/13/2023, in an email asked ****** a member of their customer service department for a refund. I was informed that it would take 5-10 business days for the refund. It's now March 22, 2024and still no refund. I have sent a few emails and no response as of yet. Emails can be provided if needed. I didn't see a section to include emails

      Bought item. After weeks I canceled the order (confirmed by email). Months later I received the item and credit card charged. I requested refund/return (accepted). Sent the item back but never got a refund.

      I order a jacket from Mad City Outdoor with amount $110.94 (I uploaded part of my bank statement) on 6/25/2023. The company never send me the product and said it is back order. I email them more than 20 times. I tried to get on to their website last week and it doesn't work. I thought maybe was web maintenance. I tried again this morning and the website still not work. I am thinking the company was closed down. It is already passed the 60 days dispute of charge from my credit card company, so I can't get back my money.

      On October 29, 2023 I made an online purchase of a holster from Mad City Outdoor Gear. As of today (2/13/2024) I still have not received the merchandise. I attempted to contact them via chat on their website and it was not active. On 2/5/2024 I emailed them at *************************************** which was the email address provided in the "Contact Us" page on their website. I have had no response. Today I attempted to go back to their website to try to find a phone number to call about my problem, and their website is no longer available. Thanks for any assistance that you can provide.

      Hi I have sent the return item back in Dec. 9th , 2023. I have sent 5 emailed to sales and sent chat message 7 times over the course of 1 month 1/2 regarding my refund. No reply or refund. We are in January 22nd. The order number is **********.

      I ordered Under Armour based layer tops and bottoms from this company on-line and paid two separate charges of $95.18 for a total of $190.36. This company does not provide phone support and when I reached out via chat several months ago, I was told the items were on backorder. I have not received any updates or offer of resolution.
