5 starsMy overall experience with Ridge Top was fantastic from the start. After dealing with insurance after some hail damage, we were put in touch with Dean from Ridge Top. Everything from the first visit to final installation (Roof and Gutters) was 100% professional. The communication on progress and updates was never lacking. Ridge Top Exteriors is by far one of the best companies we have ever worked with. We highly recommend anyone who has home exterior needs to contact Ridge Top. Their customer service, communication, craftmanship, and overall positive and fun attitude by all of their employees exceeded our expectations. A huge shoutout to Mitch ********, Mike ***********, Tony ******, Jordan *****, and Juan and his crew for a fantastic experience. We love how you all helped transform our circa 1888 house into our forever home. We couldn't be happier with our new roof, gutters, and siding. We will definitely call upon you guys again for future needs and spread the Ridge Top name with a positive word of mouth. Thanks again!

After several emails with wis. Rapids, project manager. Justin***********************, he was supposed to call with a roofing estimate this morning at 10:00. Again he has not followed through with his word. I just emailed them that if their work is as good as their word- I will pass.Ridge Top Exteriors, Inc.

From the very start meeting with Shane ******* and signing the contract to the day of getting the roof done with Nate overseeing the project was a great experience. We loved working with Shane he answered our questions and always picked up his phone when I called and made us feel very comfortable working with him. Nate was checking on the job from time to time and making sure the crew was doing their job and if we had any questions. The roofing crew on our job was great. They are very hard workers and cleaned up everything at the end of the job. We are very happy with our roof and overall experience! We would not hesitate to hire Roof Top for any of our needs moving forward.Ridge Top Exteriors, Inc.

So impressed with the crew and sales team. From removal to installation of new shingles, the crew did amazing work and paid attention to details! Derek and Nate listened to my concerns and coordinated everything with my insurance company. They were responsive and on time with appointments. What a great job Ridgetop did for us! Shane and Nate really jumped thru hoops to get our roof and siding job done very quickly after the hail storm. And the crew they sent out to do the two roofs were amazing, 12plus guys working like a well oiled machine! Completed the whole job in 5hrs! It was great fun to watch.Ridge Top Exteriors, Inc.
