Our LP siding job was a great experience. They checked in with us regularly, and let us know what was going on. The few issues we had were resolved quickly. They kept their work areas clean. Most importantly the siding job was well done and in a fair amount of time.

Tim did a next door neighbors roof and did a great job and knocked on our door and gave us a quote. Very friendly, knowledgeable and low pressure. He gave us a quote and gave us time to get back to him. We called him, liked the price and roofing system and he even gave us a senior discount after we agreed to go with him. We were expecting a couple months but they came out 2-3 weeks later and did an amazing job. Roof done in one day, including a new redeck, it was perfect and my yard was cleaner than before they started and not a nail or shingle in my whole yard or bushes. The field manager was great, I’m going have them come out and do my garage and windows too. I see Tim walking the neighborhood and several other neighbors putting Ridge Top signs in their yards. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Excellent job. Very personable and professional. Explained what the process was of work to be done. Cleanup was done well. Workers stayed until later at night to get the job done. Happy with this company.

I would like to have been able to give you a five star rating as the job manager, Nate, and the two different crews were very professional, efficient and courteous. The completed job appears to be top rate. Clean up was diligently pursued. However, the material supplier delivered the wrong order and because delivery wasn’t until 90 minutes after the crew began work my home spent 10 days subject to harsh weather conditions. Had the correct material been received the job would have been done before any bad weather and I wouldn’t have stressed or worried. The poor follow up communication from the supplier and therefore the company wasn’t good. There wasn’t any sense of urgency on the suppliers behalf after being in error. Why it took 10 days to deliver materials from a warehouse 4.5 hours away was never explained. While the majority of the problem was caused by the supplier, it seems the company could have verified the correct shipment prior to beginning the job and should have had some recourse against the supplier for their error and the delay incurred by the homeowner, the crews and the company. Without that major error this would have been a picture perfect experience.
