            I was searching for a personal loan online. I received a message from Cashnet USA approved ****. I did go on the legit Cashnet USA to apply so that is what confused me. They wanted to verify my bank account which seemed normal because check n go & advance America needed account info for my payday loans. He stated he was depositing into my account an amount to cover fees & next day I would receive the loan. He deposited a fake check into my account which ended up bouncing like 4 days later which in turn made my account negative & you aren't going to believe this but my bank wont do anything about it. they have my account number, my ************ won't close it until it is 0. They won't stop bills from trying to debit but they don't pay them but they sure charge $30 about an average five times a day. I have recording of the whole conversation from scammers, texts & call logs & my bank doesn't even want to see any of it. Now my account is **** because my bank won't do anything about it which is Stephenson National ****************************** I keep ending up worse & worse. I am a single mom of a 5 year old & it is just ********* No family here no nothing. The bank took my child support for couple weeks which was our only money so we suffered for a few weeks & barely ate & now I can't pay my rent my car anything. It put us in such a bad *************** can't get any help. I am so lost right now. All I was trying to do was survive & take care of my kid so I tried to get loan because hours haven't been there at work. With holidays & the summer I had no one to watch my son so we were living week week on the child support. I don't know what to do. The check they deposited isn't even close to my signature & looks like a man wrote it. My bank won't do a **************** have all my ******** will never be able to catch up because my bank is hitting me 90-160/day fees but bills aren't paid. They won't shut it off or overdraft or close it so I can get it paid off. Please help.
