    The month of March 2023, We ordered 6 blocks of the Oven Baked Italian Cheese, @ cost $60(rounding off) from Gardners Wisconsin Cheese LLC, Our family had saw a Video on website which enticed us to place order. We were so excited to receive our package in the mail. Upon receiving the cheese we immediately opened one of them read the directions carefully to a T ! We tried one of them out. It just did not come out like the video we had viewed! It was hard not soft and not Chewy ! We thought we had did something terribly wrong. So we waited a few days. We tried one more time. We read the directions over again and reviewed the website video once again. We attempted again to cook another block of the oven baked cheese and again it did not come out like the video and like we expected it should have. The cheese was hard not soft. We thought to ourselves what is it that we are doing or possibly did we get a bad batch of cheese. We had to throw both of these blocks in the trash they were not edible! Immediately I made a phone call to the company left a message. I did not hear from the company for about a week so I made another phone call ,to let them know that I am the type of person that just *********** not give up. I have owned many businesses in my life I will make it my life passion to make sure that I get in touch with you someway somehow. I received a phone call that evening. I was elated that I heard from somebody and whoever I was speaking to was talking very fast I didnt get the opportunity to catch her name she was talking so very fast. Although this was OK I preyed that we would get past this. I tried to proceed forward Sharing my story telling her how we could not get the cheese to perform or look or taste (Texture) like the video and thought perhaps we were cooking it wrong Unfortunately the person we spoke to would not listen to us at all! The Conversation ended with absolutely nothing being resolved! She offered no resolution. False advertising

    Placed an order and the money was taken out of my account. No confirmation was sent and no one answers the phones after several attempts to call.

    Customer placed an order on June 20th, and used the wrong email address - which contained a typo. Due to this incorrect email address, the email order confirmation was not received by the customer. We then left office for the weekend, and the customer attempted to reach us while we were away. No voicemails were left by the customer regarding a call-back upon our return to the office Monday morning. We did, however, receive one email from the customer via their correct email address, on Sunday. Our customer service representative noticed the incorrect email address provided by the customer on their order, and updated their contact information on file. The customer was then provided with a new copy of the tracking information to the correct email address. We only ship M-W of each week, and orders placed after noon central time are shipped the following week. As the order was placed on Thursday, June 20th, the customer's order was processed and fulfilled right on schedule Monday morning - and the lack of confirmation email was of no fault of ours. We also replied to the customers inquiries in a timely manner upon return to the office after being closed for the weekend. The email mistake made by the customer has been amended by our representative and the order shipped out right on schedule.
