            Booked The Wedding Gallery to do our decor for our September wedding. Initial meeting went fine. They requested pictures of what I was looking to have them do. Didnt have contact with them again until about 2 weeks before the wedding. I was to meet with them twice to set up the hall and drop off some decorations that I was responsible for. The first meet on Monday they left the venue before I could get there and told me it was locked and they were too busy to go back. The second meet, which was the Friday before our wedding, they were to meet us at 10 am. We got there early around 9:30-9:40, pulled up next to them, started getting out of our vehicle, and they drove off. After messaging them I was told they were going to another wedding. We live over an hour away from the venue so we had to return home before they would return so we never got to see the finished product. I paid in full, via Venmo after correcting the overcharge of $200+ which they acknowledged. The day of the wedding we arrived to find half of the ceiling lights were not working, our florals were wilted and dying from being left out in a warm venue, party props were thrown on the floor and the decor was very lacking. After the wedding, when I voiced my disappointment to The Wedding Gallery I was told the lack of effort was my fault and was called a liar and a scammer. I reviewed them on their ******** page and they immediately removed my review. They later posted pictures from our wedding (which include our children) without asking for our consent while also defaming my character saying I scammed other vendors that we had for the wedding. I never once requested/demanded a refund from them. Weve paid all of the vendors in full and had nothing but nice reviews from them.
