This business is not customer friendly. There is lack of assistance, and there no one to answere your questions in a friendly way! I have went back to this garden center for maybe 4-5 years and each year I have had the same expierence. This year the only difference was in the product itself. I purchased right at 500.00 worth of plants and expierenced diffulculty with keeping most of them alive and healthy or even to blossom. I called the owner right away like within a two week period. The owner's initial response was to ask me to call her back the next day because she was very busy. So I called her the next day, and still she overtalked me to the extent of not even hearing my concern. So I waited a few days to give the plants time to act accordingly before calling her back again. When i called her back the third time she still wanted to put me off with the excuse of being to busy. She said something to the effect that the plants had a blossoming period, and I should give them more time and litterly hung up. Then I decided to get in my vehicle and drive over tothe establishment. I took back outside hanging plants that had just died from being out in 70-80 degree temps. Upon arrival, we asked if she was in and were told yes by an employee. I asked the employee if she would go and advise her that I had arrived. The employee came back and first told me, oh no she is not in. I asked how is that, when 10 minutes ago you said she was in the back. Then the employee said, "oh, she is so very busy". I explained, that I have been trying to get here to help me with my plants I purchased. The employee smirked at me stating returnes are not allowed, is a sarcastic kind of way. Then she advises me that the owner said to tell me I could replace two plants and that was it. So at that point I decided to leave all of her plants I brought with me that day, and returned all of the rest of her plants the next day. (signed-Mistreated)
