              - 2023 health care costs, submitted for reimbursement by company-provided deadline for $1,200 of MY dollars owed in reimbursement from EBC - Funds were pre-tax dollars set aside through my FSA health care spending account, based on costs incurred and covered with out of pocket expenses - EBC has not been helpful in solving for this issue, which originally stemmed from their website being down, their staff giving me the wrong date to submit me claims by (especially in light of me leaving my old company) and have yet to actually take steps towards the process they have demanded I follow (and incur HOURS of time wasted) to still not have an understanding of when I'll be reimbursed now 3+ months after submission - I followed their process including an initial claim, receiving a letter in the mail, responding to the claim being rejected, following up ***** times throughout the process only to find out today they hadn't 'received' my email yet despite following their protocol and therefore can't get back to me yet

              Very disappointed with this company's business practices. Takes forever to talk to someone by phone. A lot of work to get claims approved. My job changed to this company from ****** ******* *******...what a huge mistake. The two companies are like night and day. Not sure how much we saved in doing this but I'd rather pay a bit more for better service.

IRS regulations require us to verify that all expenses are for eligible purchases, and third party administrators (TPAs) that only substantiate some claims may not be abiding by IRS regulations.
