    I stayed at a front desk air bnb and loved it. Downtown ******* ******** and staff was friendly, apartment was great!

    STAY AWAY—-Frontdesk | South St 1 BR Apt near Museum of Art In Philly is where I was supposed to stay , after seeing a bad review about cleanliness we called to calm our nerves, (we had an appointment at 6 that evening) and we were assured that the place would be ready and clean. They also assured me that the review was due to someone checking in early. I told them that wont be us, we saw the check in time is 4pm and that is when we arrived to an apartment that wreaked off smoke ( marijuana to be specific). - called them again to relay this issue and a Lena (maybe) told me she’s not judging anyone ( what ever that means) and they were gonna look for another property - I told them don’t bother we can’t wait and are leaving . We Video taped all of it including the non smoking signs and left for hotel, missed my appointment and spent the next couple of days trying to get a refund- they still charged one night and I had to escalate to Air Bnb to get the full refund - they on the other hand were great and helped me out- took only a few hours - if this saves anyone I’d having the same experience we had this review was worth writing - I have no issue paying for what is promised but the customer service makes this place far from worth it.

    Do not book with this company!!! I was unable to stay in the apartment I had booked because I could not get the lockbox code I was given to work, even after speaking with two different representatives. In fact, the photo of the lockbox in the instructional email I received didnt even look like the same kind as the one on the apartment door. When the second representative asked if I could wait for her to come over in person, I said I preferred to get a refund rather than continuing to stand alone in a hallway by myself late at night and she said a refund shouldnt be a problem. However, the company has since refused all my requests to issue the refund, insisting that I just didnt know how to use the lockbox correctly.

    Awful rental,plumbing issues,No working shower in guest bath, clogged sink in master.After 10 texts and phone calls and no plumber,we vacated the property.I will NEVER use them again ********************* ************ **

    Worst experience ever. We had trouble getting into our Tampa Front Desk location. We were able to get the key FOB out of the lockbox, but it did not work correctly. Finally, after many tries, the door opened. That should have been our “clue”. We left our Front Desk location to get dinner. We were in a great location so we were able to walk to a restaurant & there were several to choose from in the area. We returned to our Front Desk location & the key FOB would not work to let us back into the building. I had to “buzz” for entry. We were let into the building & went to our “room”. Then the key FOB would not unlock the door to let us into our “room”. All of our belongings were inside & we could not get in. My husband called Front Desk & no one was able to help. We were promised to be called back, promised someone was on their way, promised a locksmith was on his way, but couldn’t be there for over an hour…it was a nightmare. We were stuck in a hallway for 2 hrs with no help or resolution. We had to be up early the next day for our cruise. It was midnight by the time this nightmare was over. Then we had another hour of loud music before any of us could get to sleep. This “experience” has taken away what we did enjoy about our Front Desk location.
