      We obtained a mortgage with Johnson bank 9/23/22. Within the first few months our mortgage adjusted up because they failed to calculate our PMI.December 2024/ january 2025 we received a letter that our mortgage would be increasing $400 by 3/1 due to Johnson bank failing to complete a cost analysis. We contacted Johnson bank 1/23/25 to correct an error with payment as we noticed our home owners insurance went up and we switched companies. We then noticed a discrepancy in our taxes Johnson bank stated the wrong county for taxes. this was noticed in 2/18/2025.We contacted the bank multiple times in the month of February trying to resolve where the issues was. We have than made the decision to move forward with a different mortgage company who has been working since march ****** to close our mortgage with johnson bank. while closing out our current mortgage with johnson, our new lender received 4 different payout numbers. Johnson bank also failed to pay our new home owners insurance which was obtained on 1/29. Paperwork was sent via email to johnson bank. We received a late notification for our insurance and we continued to contact johnson bank sending updated declaration pages they claim to have loss. Johnson bank stated they sent a payment on 3/13/25 and was to be received by the following week. No payment was received. Johnson bank stated they needed a verbal agreement by us to make that payment but did not tell us we needed to call them to make a payment.We closed on our new mortgage 4/3/2025. We are trying to pay out the outstanding payment but come back with 3 additional numbers. They keep adding interest to every day we dont pay. we told Johnson bank we can make a payment over the phone as we are 3 hours away from the bank and Johnson bank refuses. I asked for a 10 day pay out to cover that and they still have not provided an accurate number. We were to receive a check from Johnson bank (overnighted) from close out on 4/3/25 and still have yet to receive.
