I have been coming here for a little past 2 years, should’ve stopped after the first time when morning of my wisdom teeth removal the final bill came to over $400 over there initial estimate and when I asked the receptionist laughed at me, and stated “oh that’s just a ball park estimate”. Then seemingly forgetting about the $700 credit on my account good thing I kept receipts. Then the final time is my appointment was cancelled and I did not receive any notification and arrived to find out it was. Fast forward to next appointment demanding some type of compensation they issue me a $25 gift card, but then go on to state that I was notified then fabricated a lie saying I was at x time. Show them my call logs and texts and that girl stated that I was lying. Will be the last time I come here and I recommend to anyone go to a different one this business is terrible.Dental Associates

Had implant procedure done. The total was less than the estimate when I got to the desk to checkout. Great! I remember saying its less than expected. I paid part cash and the rest card. If youve been there you know they dont let you leave without full payment. 6 months later i got a bill for $659.30! I assumed this was for the next stage of the implant process and I paid it. Wrong! Now they refuse to give me any explanation of why I was charged less that day and said I owed that money. The estimate is just that, an estimate. The procedure went fast and great and someone decided I didnt owe the entire estimate, fantastic. There have been multiple times it has costed less than the estimate. The surgeon that did the procedure is absolutely fantastic and caring. I feel she charged me less that day because it went so fast and well. Someone caught that and decided I needed to be charged more. Gee I wonder why that surgeon left that practice for a few years and is now back? Hmm. Also, fast forward to the next step in my implant procedure- there were issues found resulting in them needing to open me up and do a $2400 procedure. The surgeon was honest and said they don’t use this particular type of implant any longer because they’ve been known to cause these issues. Really? So now I’m out an additional $2400 of no fault of my own. Funny how they insist I owed on that first bill but somehow they’re not responsible for using bad brands of implants or at least giving me some sort of break after realizing the brand was bad. Again, the surgeon was great and honest! I dont think the billing department likes her.Dental Associates

Ive contacted the billing manager. She refuses to look into this and ignores emails and calls. I see other reviews stating these exact same things. Extremely unprofessional.Review fromJenna B

1 starIncredibly frustrated. They can't keep a Pediatric Dentist at any of their locations in Southeastern **. Every time my kids are due for an appointment, we get a call to reschedule because a provided has left. There is zero consistency. Per our insurance, we are required to use Dental Associates. I'm frustrated that we are stuck and do not have the option to obtain coverage somewhere else.Review fromDe O.

1 starI reviewed dental services January 2025 will be 2 years and I have yet to have the problem with my denture corrected. I have gone in on several occasions and been charged a fee with no resolve. I attempt to reach the supervisor for 2 weeks with no call back and the reception staff would not provide me with the name of the supervisor so that I may reach out to her supervisor. On week 3 the supervisor calls me back and when I asked to speak with her supervisor she informed me that she would email him and have him call me for a resolve. After waiting a week she called me to say that he stated that "he will not be calling me back". I am out of $900 plus with no resolve.Review fromShelly H

1 starMy family and I usually go to the ********************* for services. However, both my husband I have been dealing with issues. 1. My husband paid day of the appointment for the amount that was quoted to him for dental work. A couple of months later he was billed for $100.00+ for that same procedure. He called many times to inquire about it and even complained that it was unfair for them to do this because he would not have gotten the work done at that time, knowing it would have been that much more. Long story short he got upset and told them they were "crooked" for billing this way. He did pay the bill that same night because he was told he could not make an appointment until it was resolved. After he paid the amount, he went make the appointment and they "flagged" his account because he called them crooked and now refuse to see him. 2. the previous dentist I was seeing retired, but he had said I did not need to get my crown replaced unless it was causing me trouble. The new one there said it had to be replaced even though it did not cause me any issues. I felt bullied into agreeing to have it replaced. After they placed the crown with a temporary, I asked them if we could wait until the start of next year (when my insurance will cover 90% of the crown) to have the permanent crown placed and they said no that since it was made, I had to get it put in this year to they would bill me. Now the bill will be going to collections because I dont feel I should have to pay for a service that I did not get yet.Review fromYasir I

I recently had a terrible experience at Dental Associates Milwaukee - Downtown I feel compelled to warn others about their shocking incompetence and unethical practices. I went in to get a crown installed, expecting a routine procedure. However, the dentist completely botched the installation. The crown was improperly fitted, causing immense pain and discomfort. I had to return multiple times, only to be told each time that the discomfort was normal and would subside. It never did. After enduring weeks of pain, I sought a second opinion. The new dentist at Dental Associates Milwaukee – Franklin, confirmed that the crown was installed incorrectly and was causing significant damage to my tooth. They informed me that the only solution now was to get an implant, a procedure far more invasive and costly than a crown. To make matters worse, when I went back to Dental Associates Milwaukee - Downtown to address the issue, they had the audacity to try and charge me for the implant cost. They refused to take responsibility for their initial mistake and instead, tried to shift the financial burden onto me. The entire ordeal was not only physically painful but also incredibly frustrating. The lack of accountability and the attempt to squeeze more money out of me after their own negligence is appalling. I would strongly advise against visiting Dental Associates Milwaukee. Their lack of professionalism, coupled with their unethical business practices, makes them a place to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the pain, frustration, and financial loss by finding a reputable and competent dental clinic elsewhere.Dental Associates

I normally go to the ******************** location in Milwaukee and get good service. However, I am highly disappointed that I could not reach anyone for an emergency appointment for an abcessed tooth over the weekend! I have to wait until Monday to hopefully get an appointment. The message voice mail for dental associates was full, so I was unable to leave a message!Dental Associates

I was quoted one price prior to my two daughters appointment. Upon arriving for the appointments was then told a higher price, bought their supplemental insurance as well. I paid the second quoted price with the purchased secondary insurance and then received an additional bill in the mail for $364.00. Either their billing department has no actual knowledge of cost or they raise their prices by the hour.Dental Associates
