      30 Months ago we purchased a Milwaukee core drill rig with 3 batteries, Having used milwaukee before we were lead to believe by the Milwaukee rep at the time that even though the batteries only had a 2 year warranty the would and should last much longer, all depending on usage. Hard usage would cause batteries to fail earlier. However we only used the rig no more than 4 times over 30 months as we both this rig for a specific job. we went to use it for a fifth job this week and both of our main batteries are bad, we had bought a 3 rd battery as a spare and was never used still in the package and when we went to charge it and use it it also was bad. Talking to other trades they have had the same issues. Milwaukee is intentionally misrepresenting there batteries, there intent is to bleed the consumer dry by forcing them to constantly have to purchase consumables to continue to use there product, there 12 and 18 volt batteries have longer warranties, but they intentionally reduced the warranty on the MX 36 Volt battery because they knew it was a defective design, i use EGO higher voltage batteries and they have a far longer life span and are surviving hard usage. so as an expert on the use of numerous battery operated tools, and there usage and survivability it is obvious that Milwaukee is RIPPING OFF CONSUMERS, as an electrician we wanted a set of schematics to try and determine the reason for failure but milwaukee has refused

      I received a milwaukee m18 12.0 battery for my birthday on April 25th 2023, about 6 months after the battery will not last longer than 10 minutes to use and says charged when you.plig it in. Battery was purchased from Runnings in *********** **. For $249.99 runnings is a authorized milwaukee dealer and is registered on milwaukees website. I sent this battery in for eservice SV6304073 milwaukee notified me that this battery is fake. I asked how they know or can prove it being it came from an authorized dealer and they did not have a answer except all we can say is it's fake and bring it back to the store and that milwaukee would send me paperwork saying how it's fake. They sent the battery back with no paperwork the store will not help as they said it came from milwaukee and it's their job to warranty. Milwaukee will not help and has no proof that this is a fake battery. I would like my battery to be replaced as it's now a $250.00 paper weight. I asked milwaukee where am I supposed to buy tools if an authorized dealer sells fake. They have no answer as I have to go to a dealer. I have bought multiple tools and batteries from this store and have had warranties with no problems so why will they not warranty this one? Serial number comes up on *********************** eservice saying it's in warranty and also is a good serial number. I am very unhappy with ********************** and would not pay this much if I thought they will not help with warranties.

      My fiance, purchased a rotary hammer drill the cordless one we spent litterly 1200 dollars on it and the first time he used it immediately started acting wrong it was losing power and fully charged, then it started smoking, and my fiance definitely knows how to properly use it, I contacted Milwaukee, and I'm hoping they help , my fiance is a loyal customer he uses everything millwalkee, thousands spent and we lost alot having to put a hold because of the rotary hammer drill we bought didn't work right

      BBB we reached out to ******* via email informing her to send in the tool to the warranty center freight allowed. Due to the cost of the tool, ******* has no receipt/record of proof of purchase. Therefore, the tool will need to be sent into a warranty center for warranty evaluation.

      Milwaukee denied my warranty repair request for service order SV6314004. This tool is still covered under warranty and should be covered! Another excuse for a company to not stand behind their products. All of this back and fourth and I still dont have a replacement saw or my saw fixed. DEWALT always covers their warranty period. No questions asked! I have been a long time Milwaukee supporter. Might change that completely! Beyond disappointed!

      My fiance filed a complaint and we received email that we didn't respond but he didn't understand how to , we purchased a rotary hammer drill and it's defective, I have contiuesly emailed trying to get help , I spent thousands on the Milwaukee brand and the way we're being treated is unacceptable, not only have we lost five grand cause our job is on hold due to this defective tool we bought specific to complete this job , there's a warranty also I have purchase proof , I just want a replacement and I'll gladly return this defective one , this is months and I don't think I should have to wait any longer

      I don't understand why or what's the issues I have clearly stated that I'll provide reciept of purchase, I will gladly send the defective tool back as long as Milwaukee sends return shipping with the replacement tool , I don't trust going threw shipping this again and having to out the job hes already lost thousands on for more time , I think Milwaukee should send my replacement, for the inconveniences my fiance had , he uses millwalkee everything and is a die hard loyal customer and I'm extremely disappointed in how he's being treated

      I took my Milwaukee lawn mower in for warranty service after 1 year of ownership. The lawn mower is advertised with a 3 year warranty. I took it in primarily because the rubber flap at the rear of the lawn mower is torn. I also noticed a scratch on the inside of the mower deck and mentioned that the blade seemed off center as well at the time I dropped it off. After dropping the lawn mower off at the Milwaukee store, I received an email from Milwaukee stating that the warranty was denied and that I either had to pay $200 or receive the lawnmower back without repairs and disassembled.I looked at other 1 star reviews of the lawnmower on the ********** website and screws coming loose that hold the motor seems to be a common complaint for this lawnmower. If this is such a common problem it seems to be a defective design and explains the damage to the blade and the scratches inside the lawn mower deck.I used my gas lawn mower for 20 years without such problems and expected the equivalent for a $1200 flagship lawn mower.I would like Milwaukee to repair the lawn mower.

      I purchased an item (M18 8.0XC Starter Kit) on Jun 2, 2021 at 5:27 PM from ToolUp, an authorized Milwaukee Tools dealer.Milwaukee Tools says that they provide a 3 year warranty on my battery model.I tried to go through the warranty process, but they said that my item is out of warranty. But it is still within the 3 year warranty of the purchase date. I did send/upload my proof of purchase.I would like Milwaukee Tools to honor their warranty.The issue pertains to my Service Order #SV6162597 from Milwaukee Tools.

      Subject: Complaint Regarding Defective Milwaukee Products Purchased from Village Hardware Dear Milwaukee Customer Service,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with two recent purchases of Milwaukee products, which have proven to be defective and have impeded my ability to perform my job effectively.On January 4th, 2024, I purchased a pair of Milwaukee FREEFLEX Men's Large Black Insulated Bib Overalls, Model #***B-LR, Item #******, from Village Hardware located at ************************************** *****. Since acquiring them, I have encountered significant issues with their quality. Specifically, both hip pockets have ripped, causing items placed within them to fall through the bib and become stuck at the bottom. Additionally, the right strap has become knotted, resulting in discomfort and tightness on that side. These defects are unacceptable considering the price paid for the bibs and have hindered my ability to perform my job adequately.Furthermore, I also purchased a Milwaukee PACKOUT Organizer Impact-Resistant Poly with 10 compartments, Red, Item #*******, Mfr #**-22-8431, from the same location less than a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately, the carrying handle has snapped, causing injury to my hand and resulting in bleeding. This incident demonstrates a severe flaw in the product's design and manufacturing.Given the aforementioned issues with both products, I am formally requesting either a full cash refund or replacement for each item. As a customer, I expect products from reputable brands like Milwaukee to meet high standards of quality and durability, which unfortunately has not been the case in this instance.I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.
