      Bought new tool from authorized seller with five year warranty. Tool stopped functioning as designed during warranty period. Sent tool in to service center and get payment demands for warranty service. Told my tool will be sent back disassembled "for safety reasons". It's a cordless ratchet. We need reimbursed $175 for the tool or a replacement. Milwaukee number- SV5933256.

      I submitted a warranty claim on November 19, 2023. Action requested on your M18 REDLITHIUM XC5.0 Extended Capacity ******************** order - SV5777781 I received an email stating Your tool is on its way! When the order arrived it was only 1 item instead of 2 that was shipped to them . Constantly while checking my claim its stated shipped as in returned to me . However after not receiving my returned claim I contacted Milwaukee whom then notified me on January 3 , **** that they disagreed my item (battery) due to no response while the status it still listed as shipped . It was to my understand then item was in transit being returned to me; not discarded. Milwaukee owes me a battery or credit of equal battery .

      I purchased a miter saw from a Milwaukee dealer in July of 2022. It sees very little use but when I do need it I need it. This saw had been used on about 3 projects. Maybe 5 days of use total (basically brand new). It had seen no abuse and was taken care of. In August of 2023 the saw (5 year warranty supposedly) failed. I dropped it off at the dealer for warranty service in the beginning of October. It took several weeks but the saw was shipped back supposedly fixed in a cardboard box with no padding (the saw weighs around 50lbs) and had multiple parts that were broken in shipping. Completely unusable as a miter saw is a precision tool. After many phone calls I was instructed to box the saw up myself and they would have it picked up and a replacement sent out. The representative said it would be a **** business day turnaround and I would have the replacement saw at my house. Well, its been almost 3 weeks and my saw has just been sitting at Milwaukee waiting to be shipped for expedited delivery. I have gotten 0 help and very rude service from several different customer service employees. As well as being hung up on several times. This puts me in a huge bind because I need the saw while Im off on Christmas break and its looking like I will not have a saw in time. After waiting almost 3 months for a supposed **** day repair.

      Trying to get a replacement for my 2280-20 Laser Distance Meter Kit seeing it stoped working and I have done every thing I can get get it to work I had it lil less then a year and my mom got befor she got cancerous so if us could replace it for me that be great seeing my moms got cancer idk if she will no where the receipt it and it may be the last thing she ever gets so if u could replace that be great because my mom leans the world to me so do t things she gives and would or may be the last thing she gives me

      We have reached out to the customer continuously; we have accommodated the customer with 3 orders of gestures replacement items. Each time the customer is fulfilled with a request, the customer provides us with something else he's requesting. Defective will need to go into a Milwaukee Tool warranty center for replacement. Also, the customer provided no proof of purchase for none of the items received as a gesture.

      Bought a 3/4" cordless impact wrench on july 8th 2022 that carries a 5 year tool warranty this is a heavy tool and takes a large heavy battery, upon using the handle cracked and snapped in half. I have 5 other milwaukee cordless impact wrenches ranging in sizes for the application and have never had a problem like this. I sent it in for repair and after a week of sitting there they denied the warranty saying the handle is broken and the electronics are broken. With no explanation on why it was denied. So I called and the customer service representative informed me they didn't know why it was and they could have pictures sent to me and an explanation. After a week I hadn't heard anything so called again and they now told me they didn't have an answer other than it was denied and they couldn't change the answer also not sure of where the pictures or explanation was. I have asked to talk to a supervisor to go over this and they had to put in a request for them to contact me. After a week I still have not heard anything. I have 17 m18 milwaukee tools and 13 5.0 batteries also 3 **** batteries. I have never had a tool warranted and have always been very happy with their tools. This was a defect in the handle and they will not help or stand behind their products. We are all small customers compared to ********** or a large distributor of their products so the company unfortunately does not seem to want and help.
