      Horrible Customer service. Purchased a portable bandsaw m12 straight out of the box the motor failed to turn. I have emailed 3 different cases about this faulty product. Not the first inquiry from Milwaukee tools. Worst customer service. I will be returning this tool to **** ***** for a refund. I was hoping that Milwaukee would make it right. I have always talked highly about Milwaukee tools. That ends today. They seem to have hit there high 5 years ago now the quality assurance has gone out the window. Do yourself a favor and buy ******.

      It's advisable to avoid Milwaukee Tool Co. Their service is poor, and you'll likely receive the runaround.

      I bought Milwaukee tool on November of 2022 since all my tools got stolen. The combo impact and hammer drill fell andextraM 18 xc5.0. Hammer drill chuck would not release bit and impact didn’t hold bits batteries(2) over heating . I send all to tool repairs and they send my drill with new chuck and hammer drill is not working impact was replaced with used inferior product, batteries not warranted even I forwarded the original purchase receipt. After three attempts to return for solution I have got the malfunctioning tools back. I will never make the same mistakes to buy their product again!!! The warranty means nothing…. It will to ********** for third of a price and will go ****** or ******.

      The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Basically non-existent. I bought a hammer/impact combo drill set. After less than normal use my check started slipping on the hammer drill. They claim to have a 5 year warranty but that's all a joke. Nothing is ever covered with them. I dropped it off after driving 1hr30min one way to their service center in ******. Only 1 of 2 in *******. I was told I would have to pay $70 bucks to replace the *****, apon which I agreed. Its been **** than 6 months calling and leaving messages to find out if it was fixed or not. Nobody ever answers, ever! Finally I get through to customer "disservice" and they tell me they have called me many times to ask if I wanted the drill repaired. WHAT!?!? Why would I leave my drill with them if I didn't want it repaired!? Now I am told that after 35 days they "Recycle" the drill. No one ever told me this would happen when I left my drill with them. So now I have no drill, basically $150+ down the drain and they don't even care. DO NOT by Milwaukee Tools, thet will not take care of you. Better of buying DeWalt, Makita or even Rigid for that matter.

      Owned this for about two years, only used at home for basic repairs and in my basement wood shop. I was using a 3.5” hole saw on drill mode when things went bad. The chuck and the gearbox self destructed. Chuck still attached to the bit and odds and ends all over the workbench. I found all the pieces and sent it in to Milwaukee for repair. Repair was denied saying: gears- broken off, chuck-broken off, drill-poor condition. This drill was in mint condition, and no way it should have broke. Received email from Milwaukee, just like every 1 star review gets. “ Thank you for leaving a review on your M18 FUEL™ ½” Hammer Drill/Driver. Our team would like to gain more insight and assist. We will be in contact shortly! - Milwaukee Tool Social Team” I have not been contacted by customer service once regarding this issue. They send this email out so it looks as if they are going to help resolve the issue.

      Ordered ( Order #WM53506797 ) the M12 Rocket LED light through ********** and was supposed to get a 2.5Ah high output battery with it. Never received the battery with the light. Contacted customer support and I would have had to send the light back but I didn't want to do that because I've lost faith in Milwaukee and **********. This is the 3rd problem I've had ordering Milwaukee tools through **********! The light works, why risk sending it back and having the light not work and still not have a battery with it? How hard is it to fulfill a simple order with two items? I'm. Fed. Up!

      I bought an M12 vacuum a few months ago. The end of the hose where the accessories push onto fell apart, so I went to the trouble of filling a support claim, and sent the product back to Milwaukee, carefully followng their instructions. A month later, at my door is a box. I was so happy. I opened it and it's the broken hose with a faded boiler plate note saying "we dont service accessories." What? It's not an attachment or accessory. It's the HOSE that is essential to the operation. What a total waste of time and money. This is junk and Worst customer service/warranty department.

      I purchased line trimmer from Milwaukee tool. The screws for guard did not fit. I called Milwaukee & they sent new screws & they were wrong also. So I never used guard. I month or 2 later line trimmer stops working. I call Milwaukee AGAIN. They say it stopped working because of the guard they never sent the right parts for. Really the Guard is why it stopped working. Milwaukee lies. They are the problem. Not the line trimmer. Don’t waste your money on a company that does not treat there customers well. This is 100% there fault & they refuse to fix.

      Bought quite a few Milwaukee tools over the years. After one of the heated jackets died and still in warranty window by a few months I did a warranty request. Milwaukee took their sweet time getting back to me (multiple months) and when they did their reply was the laser is out of warranty (by a few days) and they could not help. They refused to help and acknowledge that I reported the issue well inside the warranty time. Now I find that my hardly used 9 amp 18v battery is defective and wont charge properly. Maybe used it 15 times more as a backup as it is so heavy. Found out my model was recalled but no one contacted me about the recall for the battery. So I contacted Milwaukee and they sent me to the automated system to find out they will not warranty the defective 9 amp battery either. Not even for their safety recall of the battery could expand or leak and cause a fire. So if you are looking for a company with a warranty that is trustworthy then go somewhere else besides Milwaukee Tools.
