    I am the Board President for a condominium complex in ********. Recently there were some comments made about the work done by ACCURATE BASEMENT last summer. The comments were about the work done to repair some steps to the basement, that had to be removed foe the basement repairs.The work was contracted out to a carpenter; whose work did not meet Accurate's Standards. Their complaints to the company were never forwarded to either the Project Supervisor, or myself; either of us would have resolved the problem in a more satisfactory manner. ACCURATE BASEMENT repaired three basements in the building, promptly, with no other complaints.

    John assessed a complex basement leak issue at our home thoroughly and impressively. His thoughts on the situation and his suggested next steps were very logical and pragmatic. I am thrilled to now have a plan to solve this issue in steps through a process of elimination starting with the least costly. John was very knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with, and I’ll definitely call him for help along the way.

    Paul is an expert in basement inspections (2other companies missed a major crack) Paul explained the reason behind the cracks. Charlie great at helping us prep the job site. Jimmy and crew finished 8 beams in 3 hours! Wow and put up plastic to minimize dust.. Erin scheduled the inspection in record time. Diane was nice too!

    After watching Accurate repair my neighbors basement and saw how hard they worked, and cleaned up every day, I called them. Jon came out several times with suggestions and opinions. They were always on time and in budget. Jon always kept me in the loop on what was happening and what was next. Great job Accurate!

    I reached out to Accurate Basement Repair with some questions I was stumped with. I was upfront and said I had no work requests, and I plan to do my own renovations but was looking for advice/guidance on 1 specific issue I found with my basement. Chris talked with me at length and explained everything in great detail. He even offered for me to call back if I have any future questions. I highly doubted a company would help me answer questions without intending to hire but I was wrong. Chris truly is a wealth of knowledge and proves his dedication to this craft. I was shocked to find a business owner in 2024 who runs their business on a foundation (no pun intended) of honesty and good morals. Chris treated me like a person rather than a dollar sign. His personable demeanor and friendly helpful attitude proved to be one of my best interactions I’ve ever had with any company. Should I ever find myself with any basement needs / anyone ask for referrals, Accurate Basement Repair is the only company I would consider. If you’re on the fence or not sure who to call just save yourself the headache and call Accurate Basement.

    Brian at Accurate Basement Repair went above and beyond with customer service. Accurate did work for us this spring and Brian came out to the house this June to address a followup question. It was a 5 minute visit but we were pleased he took the time for our question to we could proceed with our basement finishing. He brought us piece of mind and we look forward to working with Accurate in the future for additional basement finishing projects! ******* *********

    Jon was very helpful, and honest and didn’t try to push us into signing for expensive fixes first. He offered ideas to try, to fix our leak issue, and then if still needed , they would come back to reassess. If I need repairs in the future I would definitely use this company.
