Brian at Accurate Basement Repair went above and beyond with customer service. Accurate did work for us this spring and Brian came out to the house this June to address a followup question. It was a 5 minute visit but we were pleased he took the time for our question to we could proceed with our basement finishing. He brought us piece of mind and we look forward to working with Accurate in the future for additional basement finishing projects! ******* *********

Jon was very helpful, and honest and didn’t try to push us into signing for expensive fixes first. He offered ideas to try, to fix our leak issue, and then if still needed , they would come back to reassess. If I need repairs in the future I would definitely use this company.

Brian was amazing! We had some water in the basement and came right over even at 7:30 at night and walked through the basement and found the issue and helped us fix it in under an hour. He helped us understand how to better maintain and better care for our drain tile. We cannot thank him enough!! 5 stars is not enough!

We get water in our basement during big storms. We called Accurate Basement Repair and Jon came out. After assessing the inside and outside, he talked me through various scenarios, steps, etc., but ultimately point to an external and non-basement repair that we should undertake first. Great professionalism and candid feedback on our situation; I didnt' feel upsold or blown off, just a good conversation. If the external fixes don't do the trick, I'll be calling them back; no need to keep looking for a basement contractor!

After discovering my foundation walls were moving, I searched for a repair company and instantly received insane quotes for massive amounts of work from well-marketed foundation repair companies. I found Accurate Basement Repair on ****** with a 4.9-star rating, and Accurate sent Paul ******* to inspect the situation in my basement. He helped educate me on the engineering and science behind how basements work and took almost 90 mins inspecting my situation and educate me. Paul took every detail of my situation and requests into consideration, pushing back where cutting corners didn't make sense and coming up with solutions for my budget. Accurate sent a 5 man team to my house for what they projected was 3 days worth of work. The team wrapped up in 2.5 days, kept me engaged and updated on every part of the process, and cleaned up all the dust and debris, making it look like the work they did was always a part of the house. Their costs were extremely fair, and after getting 5 quotes ranging from 1 man teams to larger companies, Accurate's was the only quote that truly made sense. Accurate coordinated everything with the city for me so my repairs were done by the book. After now having Accurate complete two projects, I'm almost sad that I don't have the opportunity to continue working with Accurate. I wish they would help with remodeling and roof repairs! Paul being my main contact at Accurate has made every interaction with the company a good experience, and makes me feel like I'm his only client. Every staff member, from the men assigned to carry thousands of pounds of concrete from my basement to their trucks, to the office staff, was friendly, professional, and helped with anything I could possibly ask.

They came to the house same day we call for quote to get our basement fixed. We end up not needing to fixed anything but they were pretty honest and professional with their service.
